Due to the pandemic lockdown, the gym is still closed, outdoor activities like cycling and running are still prohibited in some regions.
It's mentally tough to stay locked and it seems like this pandemic is neverending.
Trust me, doing some simple exercises at home can be a game-changer not only to your physique but mental health to stay strong and positive.
Well, working out at home is not easy at all because it's not as fun and motivating as working out in the gym or running outdoor.
However, try giving one or two short 10-15 minute exercise sessions a shot. It might change your mind and the way you feel, who knows?
