Do you see a NIKE mark in the pic? I have no idea that my feet are calling me to buy new sneakers for them until I checked my pics. I mean, right now! Yeah…it makes sense because running shoes are matching the bike bridge much better! And I don’t wear any jogging pants either. Need more exercise? All right, NIKE told you: Just do it!🌈

Saya sendiri HANYA menggunakan kasut running untuk jogging/larian sahaja. Untuk circuit training, weight training etc saya gunakan kasut training.
What about sport specific shoes? Yes sangat digalakkan. Saya sendiri pun ada kasut badminton, tennis, futsal dll. Setiap sukan perlukan pergerakan/rentak/support yang tersendiri tapi paling kurang anda perlu memiliki 1x running dan 1x training shoe.
