材料:
麵糰:高筋麵粉 150g,酵母 2g,鹽 2g,砂糖 2g,橄欖油 2g,水 90ml,發酵 30分鐘
油,免治牛肉 60g,番茄醬 2 tbsp,辣椒醬 1/2 tbsp,砂糖 1/2 tbsp,胡椒粉
生菜 2,番茄片 3,乳清芝士 3 tbsp,意大利黑醋,芝士
做法:
1. 將高筋麵粉,酵母,鹽,砂糖,橄欖油,水搓勻,發酵 30分鐘
2. 炒免治牛肉,加入番茄醬,辣椒醬,砂糖,胡椒粉炒勻
3. 將麵糰壓成薄片,加入牛肉,生菜,番茄片,乳清芝士,捲起
4. 用細火烤3分鐘
5. 切件,加入意大利黑醋,芝士

-Tomato Sauce: 60g Ground Beef, 2 Tbsp Tomato Sauce, 1/2 Tbsp Red Pepper Paste, 1/2 Tbsp Sugar, Pepper, Cooking Oil
-Topping: 2 Green Lettuce, 3 Sliced Tomato, 3 Tbsp Ricotta Cheese
-Sauce: Balsamic Vinegar
▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. In a bowl, combine 150g bread flour, 2g yeast, 2g salt, 2g sugar, 2g olive oil and mix it with 90ml water. Knead nicely and leave it for 30 minutes for proofing.
2. Oil the pan and sauté 60g ground beef. Add 2 Tbsp tomato sauce, 1/2 Tbsp red pepper paste, 1/2 Tbsp sugar, and little bit of pepper.
3. Roll out the dough as thin as possible in rectangular shape.
4. Place stir-fried beef on the bottom of the dough, and on top of that, place 2 slice green lettuce, 3 sliced tomato, 3 Tbsp ricotta cheese and roll.
5. Place the rolled dough on a pan and cook thoroughly over low heat. Place the lid on and let it cook for 3 minutes.
6. Slice the pizza and drizzle balsamic vinegar. Finish off with cheese.
