🔸Caviar on Banana & Miso Bread. This item was serendipously created during Chef Leonard's time whist cooking in New York. The kitchen team 1 night 🌃 had some quality Caviar in hand but surprisingly, already sold out of everything except Miso Banana bread to eat it with! So out came this nostalgic bridging course between Savory to Dessert.

So Chef @leonidas_xcii has previously trained in the likes of Daniel Humm's Eleven Madison Park & NoMad, also spending some time in Otto e Mezzo, Bo Innovation, Blue Supreme, etc.

Other desserts was a local Cane Sugar & Kumquat Tofu Pudding. It tastes great, albeit is a little big in portion & the kumquats can possibly be cut smaller.

Strawberries & Buttermilk Biscuit Scones Picnic 🍓🍴, is also part of the restaurant's interpretation of an American Family Picnic theme!

EATLY (裡面就是個小義大利，感覺很棒氣氛很好～）
Flatiron Building （經典拍照地點）
Color Factory （很棒的展！！有機會一定要去！有吃有玩很有趣）
Highline （適合拍照走走的地方，但推薦週末去聽說會有小攤販比較熱鬧）
Chelsea Market（聽說一定要吃海鮮的地方但我沒有！哈哈哈～沙拉醋＆黑松露鹽巴 @ The Filling Station）
One World Trade Centre （很壯觀）
Serendipity （Frozen Hot Chocolate超級！好喝！一點都不甜～我還買了居家版帶回家想說給K本喝！好老婆*拍自己肩膀*）

Day 6:

這天沒錄影當作休息一天，但大致行程還是跟大家分享一下

Halal Guys （Moma附近的餐車，非常推薦Chicken over rice 去Moma附近一定要吃吃看！）

Day 7:

Check Out Arlo Nomad (很推薦的飯店，在Midtown 離很多地方都滿方便的，房間不大但足夠～因為去紐約在外面的時間居多所以我比較不介意）
Cafe Habana 墨西哥烤玉米（好吃！！但cheese會掉得亂七八糟大家要有心理準備～）
Friend's Apartment （Friends fans必去的拍照景點）
Sockerbit （離Friend's Apartment走路很近！有去的話可以順便～～）
