Firstly, thanks for tuning in. I’ve done a fair few things in my life that involve me being on some sort of stage and as an entrepreneur you rely heavily on the endorsement of those around you... but never have I been quite so overwhelmed by the support of my friends and peers as in the build up and conclusion to this discussion. At any given moment there were over 1000 people on the call; when I hung up after the unfortunately convenient hour cut-off I had over 300 WhatsApp messages and 50ish on Instagram. You’re all amazing 🥺

While I appreciate Vishen and his team creating this opportunity for us to talk, I also apologise to those who tuned in and felt it was a wasted opportunity. I had requested and tried making a case for a moderator during the planning to no avail 😔 I dearly wish there’d been more science involved in this hour - I know it’s what most of you came for - but it was out of my hands. I told myself in the build-up that even if I felt like I was about to explode, the one rule of strong debating was not to interrupt anyone. I only faltered once.
As a result I, who was supposedly there to provide the insight and probing questions, did the minority of the talking. What was supposed to be an open discussion for the public instead turned into a parade parading as a debate. No data was shown and nothing about the claims regarding 10X was proved by the end of it. We live and we learn 🤷🏻‍♂️

🔥最后我的建议给予我们尊敬的部长，花费那么多的钱去救经济和补贴人民。政府应该利用这两个星期的MCO, 在严重灾区的地方进行免费检验 covid-19，第一时间能够，把这一批高风险传染群的，低收层人士隔离，避免病毒继续传播。必须优先为他们这种疫苗，两个星期后局部的解封, 严重灾区必须继续封诚，人民再回到工作和生活上就不会被感染了。

🔥🔥🔥In terms of the current situation, if our government has no countermeasures and vaccinates the citizens as soon as possible we will have more than one million new cases after September. The death toll may exceed 8000-10000 at the end of the year.
Minister mentioned, will vaccinate 80% of our population end of the year. 13 million doses of vaccine will be imported from China by the end of July,
US imports 25 million doses after September.
After July, will foresee 200 thousand people will be vaccinated every day.
There will be more vaccination centers throughout Malaysia.
In June, 1000 clinics will appointed be vaccination centres PPV.
Please publish the name and location of the clinics clearly. We need a professional minister department, and not a minister who doesn't listen very well.
Please list out too how many private hospitals & their names that will be included in vaccination program Malaysia.
Mobile vaccination center has been established in China since long time. I also mentioned it in my live broadcast and shared the video many times. This mobile vaccination centre will decrease and help on the traffic, crowd congestion, safety, more convenient for elderly people and easier registrations. However proper arrangement to carry out and study before it will be released. No doubt there will be another wave of epidemic when the crowd is crowded to be vaccinated. Please indicate how you will control the crowd. We need professional answers and practical actions, not empty talk.
Lastly , my suggestion is to our respected minister & government that had spend so much money to support the economy and subsidize the citizens. The government should make use of this two weeks MCO time to conduct door to door free swab test of covid-19 in severe zone areas, then quarantine this group of high-risk and low-income people immediately , to prevent the virus continuing spreading. The priority and to expedite the vaccinations to these people of this highly affected zone. After two weeks, lift the MCO by zone and for those severe area continue the lockdown so that others people will not be infected when they return to normal work and life.

Afterall she’s alr 60+ and I think I am still fit 💃🏻 eventhough I am heavily pregnant right now, I should still lend her some helping hand. Besides, cooking gets me to “exercise” a lil. And I really enjoy holding the spatula 😝 and cook good food 🥘. Do you?

Almost 1 year of covid, and we were just thinking about ourselves. Whining about business, work, life, and stress - basically about everything. We totally forgot about the frontliners who have been working for 365 days nonstop almost, burning themselves down. Yesterday, I received a text at 6am from my close friend, asking me if we can help.
Last year in March we did a #PayItForwardWithRawsome, sending food to the frontliners and from there we managed to get our community to help and we even went to feed the urban poor for 6 months or maybe more together with @dapurjalanankl . And that was a year ago and it just seems like yesterday. In this battle of fighting hard times, I asked myself, what is my battle compared to theirs?
Because of Covid, we pivoted and diversified to #FrozenReadyToEat, and if it is not because of MCO, we wouldn’t have done this. Last year we contributed packed food and it wasn’t that ideal because it was perishable and cant be kept long and if it is left unattended it’s not fresh and might cause food poisoning and many, many more issues. So we learnt.
Here we are, again asking help from the community, this time we are sending frozen ready to eat to them because they have no time to cook, it can be kept in the freezer for a long period of time, convenient, just heating up, it is wholesome food and it’s affordable to contribute, RM6 per box. We are truly grateful, as I am writing we have collected 700 boxes on top of my own 500 boxes in less than 24 hours. I have nothing to say but thank you to all of you out there who are so kind, generous and big at heart. Just one IG story and we have managed to collect 1200 boxes and the numbers are still coming in.
Today I have started this initiative by sending 500 boxes in the morning and the doctors helped us distributed to 6 bases in Hospital Sg Buloh for the covid team. For those who think otherwise: Yes - if you think we are bringing in sales for ourselves, Yes - if you think it is a marketing scheme, Yes - if you think it’s a publicity stunt and Yes - we do make a little profit to cover our own team as we’re trying to survive. But for whatever the reason we have been constant. ?

札幌廚房起源於明治初期, 起初只是一排排的魚檔, The Sapporo kitchen originated in the early Meiji period.At first it was just rows of fish stalls.

發展至今，已經有好多餐廳、乾貨和生果售賣 Until now there have been many restaurants, dried goods and fruit sales.

說回二條市場, 有大約15間水產公司和魚店，販賣當日入貨最新鮮的海鮮。 Speaking of Nijo Market, there are about 15 aquatic companies and fish shops that sell the freshest seafood that day.

除了鮮魚之外，亦有好多店舖販賣乾貨和海產加工品。In addition to fresh fish, there are also many shops selling dry goods and processed seafood.

有好多店舖提供寄送服務, 當然是要附加費用啦。 There are many shops offering delivery services, of course at an additional cost

北海道有三大名蟹, 就是帝皇蟹、松葉蟹，以及毛蟹。There are 3 famous crabs in Hokkaido, namely emperor crab, Matsuba crab and hairy crab.

帝皇蟹又細分為鱈場蟹、棘蟹、花咲蟹與油蟹4種，King crab is further subdivided into 4 types: Red King Crab, spiny crab, flower crab and oil crab.

鱈場蟹之所以特別矜貴，產量稀少固然是原因之一，One of the reasons why Red King crabs are so expensive and their production is scarce

同時也因為需時10年才會長至3公斤重，It takes 10 years to grow to 3 kg.

蟹肉特別結實，粗壯而肉質飽滿的蟹腳更是賣點，Crab meat is particularly strong, thick and plump crab legs are a selling point

而11月至2月正是當造期。有「蟹后」美譽的松葉蟹至為鮮甜嫩滑，The period from Nov to Feb is extreamly good. Matsuba crab, known as the "Crab Queen", is sweet and tender
