從中醫角度來看,好孕體質就是平和體質:體內陰陽調和、氣血旺盛、月經正常、精力充沛及心理質素良好。不過因為先天和飲食、生活習慣影響,平和體質實屬少見,不過我們可以留意身體症狀,配合飲食和生活細節,令體質趨至平衡,增加懷孕機會,男女雙方都適用啊!
面青唇白型
症狀:面色偏白、手腳冰冷、怕冷、月經量少色淡、吃了生冷食物後易出現痛經等。
改善方法:少吃生冷,適量進食人參、黨參、紅棗、北芪、桂圓等能溫補氣血的食物。注意保暖,避免穿露臍裝、短褲。忌做劇烈運動,建議慢跑或健步至微微出汗即可。

疲累多汗型
症狀:多汗、痰多、胸悶、容易疲倦、食少腹脹、大便稀爛不成形、白帶量多、月經週期延遲等。

Getting the body ready for conception
“Doctor, what constitutes a good body for pregnancy?”
From Chinese medicine perspective, a body ready to conceive should be one with neutral constitution. This is where the yin and yang are balance, blood and the qi are rich in the body, menstruation cycle is normal, and the person is energetic and psychologically fit. Type: pale complexion
Symptoms: pale face, cold hands and feet, aversion to cold, menstrual fluid is low in volume and light in color; develops menstrual pain after eating raw and cold food.
Tips to improve: consume less raw and cold food, appropriately consume ginseng, Codonopsis root, red date, Astragalus root and dried longan, as they can warm and replenish the qi and the blood. Be sure to keep warm, avoid wearing shorts and clothes that will expose the belly button. A slow jog or walk to sweat out a little can also help improve the condition.

Type: aversion to cold
Symptoms: tastelessness, pale face, edema, afraid of cold, lethargy, prone to nocturnal diarrhea, excessive urination volume, mushy stools, menstrual fluid low in volume and dull in color.
Tips to improve: consume less raw and cold food; appropriately consume pumpkin, walnut, mutton, Codonopsis root and ginger that can warm the yang and eliminate cold. Enjoy moderate sun exposure, nourish the body appropriately, drink rice water every day; carry out short but moderately vigorous exercise to sweat it out.

Type: ill-tempered
Symptoms: burping and farting, sighing, feeling depressed, insomnia, obstructed defecation, swelling of the breasts before menstruation, menstrual fluid low in volume, in dark color and has blood clots

Effects: warm in nature, can calm the mind, warm the stomach and relieve pain
Oolong tea with sweet osmanthus- for ladies who is prone to get stomach pain when nervous
Effects: relieves stress and regulates qi. Relieves stress related abdominal discomfort.
Ingredients: 3g sweet osmanthus, 1 dried citrus peel, 6g oolong tea
