Week 6 results

上次講咗,一星期冇點努力只係食low carb低升糖嘅嘢同Dr. Yue比嘅 supplement,就減咗1.7kg,而且腰仲少咗吋半。因為Dr. Yue主張睇住自己血糖,變相係盡量low carb飲食,咁我帶住血糖機,成日怕見到數字唔靚,所以keep到食非常low carb。在第二個星期見Dr. Yue攞驗血報告時,Dr. Yue因為見我食得咁low carb,就同我check埋ketones level,驚訝地發現我其實已經on ketosis!喂呀不自覺地生酮咗!因為好多人開始生酮話好難入酮(主要係食錯嘢或計錯數),所以既然我都冇心插柳地入酮,就不如keep住呢三個月嘅減肥programme裡面都咁樣食,唔好浪費之前功力。而我日日 send 比 Dr. Yue嘅食物相,有自煮、外食、外賣,佢哋覺得係好好嘅示範,所以都用咗嚟比其他病人同client做飲食參考!我堅持日日都要食好嘢同我鍾意食嘅嘢㗎!
至於在第一日見Dr. Yue嘅驗血報告就喺第二個星期出咗。我因為一向唔多食垃圾食物,所以transfat ratio 非常靚仔。不過Omega 3 Index (隱形心臟風險指標)、AA 及 EPA RATIO (細胞膜慢性發炎指標)、Omega 6: Omega 3 RATIO (奧米加食用油與奧米加 3 食用油比例)就麻麻,所以inflamation index都高,因為近年少咗食魚,又冇注意到食用油omega 3比例,又冇意識到要額外補充。所以我都好聽話咁食多D魚同好油,次次食沙律都倒多D Olive oil,又只用牛油果油煮餸,再乖乖日日食Dr. Yue嘅魚油丸,希望呢個programme完成時嘅驗血報告會變靚仔。
血糖機我戴咗4星期,之後其實都唔駛,因為我已經習慣咗low carb low GI飲食,所以唔駛check都知我血糖靚唔會大上大落。喺6星期呢個milestone,重量係唔跌得多,total係減咗3kg,但條腰冇咗兩吋半,body fat一路睇住佢跌,以前就算一路做gym都從未見過,係冇2%,waist to hip ratio冇咗0.1,前所未見呢D數字。Dr. Yue話第一兩個星期磅數跌得快,係因為水份減咗。之後磅數唔多大變但D吋數反而大跌,係因為身體減咗脂肪,所以D褲頭會鬆咗。我自己就見到個生B肚腩吱少咗肉,你見我張整容前後相就知。另外就係雙下巴細咗好多,早幾個星期咁熱狂流汗,但已經冇條頸摺住醃住D汗嘅問題。
依家都減咗兩個月,三隻supplement CirQ-Life Suga Balanz 糖衡素、CirQ-Life Plus 循血寧同CirQ-Life Omega 3 (Adult) 1,000mg 冰島深海魚油我仍然繼續食,不過我食得真係好low carb所以Dr. Yue話可以減平衡血糖嘅糖衡素,同埋加咗CirQ-Life OPC Ginseng Extract循活靈。主要有OPC,係大家都熟悉嘅是葡萄籽提取物,即係花青素,高效抗氧化,強力清除體內游離基。仲有西洋參提取物、白藜蘆醇、初乳精華同甲基纖維素,可促進血液循環 同增強微血管循環、消除疲勞、抗氧化、抗衰老、改善血液黏稠度,有助調節人體免疫系統、活化細胞,再新生長,減輕發炎。仲可以幫助排毒,維持腸道健康。食咗之後去廁所真係好咗,而且朝早趕來趕去接送返學都唔覺攰,之前下午一定坐坐吓瞓著都冇再出現,夜晚仲好好瞓!

係咪唔食脂肪同埋油就會瘦呢?
答案係錯嘅!
有好多研究顯示低脂肪嘅 diet 反而會令大家更加肥。好多食物寫住係低脂但係其實都會係高糖,所以大家注意。
高脂肪嘅 diet 反而會令到我哋有飽肚感,提高新陳代謝,所以燃燒卡路里其實仲快㗎!
大家一定要攝取適量嘅脂肪,尤其是係多元不飽和脂肪 Polyunsaturated Fat.
多元不飽和脂肪都有分omega 3 and omega 6.
記住,omega 3 (DHA & EPA) 係重要過 omega 6 好多。
如購買市面上嗰啲油丸,最好都要睇清楚個比例,越接近一比一比例先至係最好㗎。千祈唔好俾人呃。
其實係想吸取多啲 omega 3, 大家可以食魚,海鮮,蛋,肉類,合桃,亞麻籽,藻類食物。當然最好揀啲有機嘅或者唔會加左任何抗生素,荷爾蒙,化學物質嘅天然食物啦。
至於 omega 6 經常都會係一啲植物油或者零食可以搵得到。呢類型嘅食物就應該少食啲啦。
大家屋企嘅煮食油不妨改用椰子油,橄欖油,代替粟米油,豆油,菜籽油。健康好多㗎。

False.
Many studies have indicated that a low fat diet actually would increase people's weight. A lot of low fat food are actually high in refined sugar, which is even worst.
A diet rich in the fat make us feel full, increase metabolism, reduce sugar cravings and make us burn calories faster.
We should all consume a reasonable amount of fat, especially polyunsaturated fat.
2 types of Polyunsaturated fat - Omega 3, and omega 6. We want more omega 3 (DHA & EPA) more than omega 6. Omega 3 is anti-inflammatory, the good stuff. Omega 6 is inflammatory. We want to aim for a ratio of 1:1.
So if you are buying oil supplements, be sure to look at the ratio and purchase a quality product closest to 1:1 ratio.
We can obtain omega 3 from natural whole foods like fatty fish, seafood, eggs, grass-fed meat, flaxseeds, algae, and walnuts.
Omega 6 are usually found in junk food, refined oil.
When using oil at home, try to replace soybean oil, corn oil, canola oil with coconut oil, olive oil or even organic butter. It's much healthy for you.
