今日喺誠品見到兒童版《On the Origin of Species》,咁精美忍唔住買咗!其實達爾文嘅進化論concept大細B一早已經聽我哋講過,對於小朋友嚟講,物競天擇其實唔難理解。呢本書將達爾文嘅theory用顯淺嘅文字同圖畫去解釋達爾文嘅理論,我一睇就好鍾意!不過我返來Google搵吓原著,其實大約只係呢本繪本嘅四分之一價錢。我係咪一早應該比本堅嘢佢哋自己睇呢?😂

我們應該先質疑「天竺+鼠」的命名
維基百科的解釋說:
「豚鼠,又名天竺鼠、葵鼠、荷蘭豬」
😮等等!#荷蘭豬?
這麼說來英文也叫 Pig
且並非來自天竺(印度)Tianzhu
而是西非的「幾內亞豬」Guinea Pig
接著來看英文維基百科的說明:
Despite their common name, guinea pigs are not native to Guinea, nor are they closely biologically related to pigs, and the origin of the name is still unclear. They originated in the Andes of South America.
「儘管普遍稱為 #幾內亞豬
卻不是來自幾內亞
在生物學上也跟豬不相近

📍 Mount Kinabalu
Nepenthes Villosa is a tropical pitcher plant endemic to Mount Kinabalu and neighboring Mount Tambuyukon in the Northeastern of Borneo.
This species is confined to Mount Kinabalu between 1800m and 3400m on the southern slope. It grows on a montane mossy forest and ultrabasic rock zone.
The failure of the species to spread to a tall canopy submontane oak forest may be due to shade and soil factors. Phillips and Lamb (1988) noted that the species has been found occasionally in areas where the soil is granitic origin rather than ultrabasic origin.

Today, i ate and did extreme challenge by earing 10 packs of Sugakiya ( famous noodles maker ) Spicy Fish Hot Max Ver2 Noodles and i cook it by adding a lot of toppings like eggs, Nori ( is the Japanese name for edible seaweed species ) , Char siu ( is a popular way to flavor and prepare barbecued pork in asia ) and a lot more, all that exceed 5Kg of an extreme and spicy food and hard noodle challenge ( you can watch the other spicy noodle challenge that i did as well ) . it was so spicy but delicious at the same time and great hot challenge !!!

Today, i ate huge rice bowl with korean Furikake ( Furikake | a dry Japanese seasoning meant to be sprinkled on top of cooked rice, vegetables, and fish. It typically consists of a mixture of dried fish, sesame seeds, chopped seaweed ) that it is a nori (Seaweed | is the Japanese name for edible seaweed species, It is used chiefly as an ingredient (wrap) of sushi ) with Pollock roe ( Salted pollock roe is a popular culinary ingredient in Korean, Japanese, and Russian cuisines, It is usually eaten with onigiri, but is also enjoyed by itself with sake ) and a lot more and miso soup ( is a traditional Japanese soup consisting of a stock called "dashi" into which softened miso paste is mixed ) as well . it was so delicious and tasty, thank so much for this delicious day !!!
