1. ACCOUNTS & ADMIN EXECUTIVE:
• To prepare full sets of account
• To handle routine accounting works efficiently including transactions update into system
• To prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement
• To prepare monthly financial report for management
• To assist in daily administrative task which including documentation, filing & correspondence
• Responsible for any assigned general administration works
Requirements :
• Minimum LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or any relevant field
• At least 1 year of working experience in Accounts & Administration works
• Self-motivated, teamwork player, able to work independently and multi-task
• Required languages : English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.
2. EXECUTIVE - ADMINISTRATION
Responsibilities:
Assists in the control of documents & records and provide general administrative support to the Administration Department.
Requirements:
• At least a Certificate or Diploma holder in suitable field like administration, business, office management, etc.
• Minimum three (3) years of related working experience;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office;
• Highly organized and meticulous;
• Ability to work independently with high degree of commitment;
• Strong interpersonal skills with positive working attitudes;
• Resourceful and independent individual with excellent communication and writing skills;
• Able to cope with deadlines and flexible to multi-task;
• Pleasant personality, responsible, honest & reliable;
• Familiarity with skill-based education systems i.e. Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia programmes is an added advantage
3. Human Resource Administrative Assistant
• Responsible for activities, which including recruitment and selection, performance management, training and development, employee welfare, compensation & benefits and employee relations etc
• To develop, implement and maintain Human Resource Records, Policies and Procedures
• Prepare and submit all the relevant HR letters/documents
• Assist in auditing and ensuring relevant compliance of relevant labour laws
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Administration
- At least 5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Self-motivated, teamwork player, able to work independently and multi-task
- Required languages : English & Bahasa Malaysia

Candidates must possess a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts/Culinary Arts Management with appropriate teaching and related industry experience. Those with Masters Degree will have an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of subject matter with continuous improvement on subject taught e.g. through research, scholarly activities.
• Technical competencies in curriculum development, delivery and assessment tools.
• Ability to motivate students to achieve academic excellence.
• Strong curriculum delivery.
• Knowledge of and skills in using computer software e.g. Microsoft.
• High proficiency in English Language.
• Familiarity with skill-based education systems i.e. Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia programmes is an added advantage
• Those with SKM & VTO will have an added advantage
• Those without relevant experience but with a passion for teaching and learning will be considered
2. MARKETING EXECUTIVES
Responsibilities:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for various marketing activities to promote programmes offered by Silverspoon International College through planning and implementing efficient and effective marketing strategies. He/ She is responsible for all marketing activities in the areas/regions assigned. He/ She is also accountable for providing information for the purpose of enrolment to enquiring students and their parents on the programmes offered by the College.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Counseling / Social Science / Psychology / Marketing / Business or related discipline.
• At least two (2) years of working experience, preferably in an educational institution with involvement in counselling, marketing and promotions.
• Knowledge of counselling principles, methods and techniques.
• Knowledge of customer service principles, techniques and standards.
• Ability to analyse and interpret the needs of students and offer appropriate solutions.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate comfortably with students and parents in a courteous and professional manner.
• Possess a good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and/ or Mandarin.
• Possess good planning, organizing, coordinating, presentation and time management skills.
• Creative, resourceful, customer-focused, self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Willing to travel.
• Possess own car and a valid driving license.
