Old skool deco with 60/70s music w friendly young staff. I personally dislike fancy posh looking cakes . I can always judge if a cake is yummy or not by just 👀 at it...usually Im always spot on 😉 This cafe has what I called ‘legit delicious homey cakes’. BIG LIKE 👍🏼🎂🍰🧁

今日はさいたま市にオープンした「家」のつかない家系ラーメンへ！埼玉県さいたま市にある『麺屋紫極』へお邪魔してきました！こちらは視聴者の方から教えて頂き伺ってきました。お店のあるさいたま新都心駅界隈でも本格的な家系ラーメンが食べられるお店ということで人気のお店です！ラーメンの食べ歩きが好きだった店主の方が中野にある『二代目武道家』に感銘を受け、仕事を辞め「武道家」で修行された後に『紫極』をオープンされたのだそうです。食べ歩いてきた知識や味の記憶から生まれる家系ラーメンは非常に丁寧に作られており、ガツンとくる豚骨ながらも上品さも感じられる1杯でした。また、こちらは15時までライス無料を行っており、そんなサービスも非常にありがたいです！それでは早速ご覧ください！
