Hello! How is everyone doing?
Today's makeup video might look familiar if you follow me on IG! I was debating whether or not to adapt this for YouTube for a while and finally decided to do it! It's one of my favorite looks and I think the toasty warm tones of this look are perfect for autumn! ?
But on that note...how is it already fall? I feel like summer has barely begun ? but I'm not complaining about a change in weather, LA is unbearably hot lately. And I never have anything bad to say about fall! All of the cinnamon desserts ? Maybe I'll do a cinnamon roll look next? Hehe hope you're all staying safe and sane!

如果妳老是覺得背部、肩膀很難練出線條，可能妳有易駝背的習慣，或脂肪多囤積在上半身。

但也有有可能妳的訓練菜單出了問題，或是最大可能性是妳的肩膀、肩胛位置不正確，導致無法用對肌肉發力。

「划船」是一項練背非常好的運動，正確將肩膀往下往後放、鎖緊肩胛骨、挺胸口但維持脊椎中立，可以啟動到背闊肌、岡下肌、菱形肌等背部幾個重要的肌群，練到上背部、背部中段，締造出後背從肩膀到腰部誘人的深溝（也有教練稱為「運河線」）。

划船可以用雙手持啞鈴、單手持啞鈴、槓鈴、彈力繩等不同的道具達到相同的效果。今天Paige使用居家容易取得的啞鈴、彈力繩做示範，即便不能上健身房，在家也能輕鬆練美背。

知道如何控制肩胛骨是練背的關鍵之一，如果背部肌肉練強，除了有美背外，對於減輕肩頸痠、易背痛的問題，特別對於現代人久坐電腦前、壓力累積在肩頸有改善的功用。

「划船」動作每組做8-12下，重複做3組。
