今天我們就來聊聊
肩關節最常見的傷害「肩夾擊症候群」❗️

🌟「什麼是肩夾擠症候群?」
肩夾擊症候群(Shoulder impingement syndrome)在常需要做過頭動作的運動員中十分常見(例如:棒球選手、羽球、排球...)
肩夾擊症候群是臨床常見的綜合症,佔了肩膀疼痛患者的 44〜65%,疼痛位置為肩關節區域,抬高手臂或側臥時出現疼痛。
🚨常見病因是肩膀活動時,肱骨頭和肩胛夾擠到了旋轉肌腱(棘上肌),產生旋轉肌病變和滑液囊發炎,導致肩峰下空腔變窄,反覆夾擠軟組織與肌肉,造成惡性循環的過程。
💥(很多人到醫院就診時已錯過症狀初期,因此臨床上常伴隨肩袖破裂、二頭肌肌腱炎、旋轉肌袖鈣化...等複合症狀出現)
🌟「五十肩vs.肩夾擠症候群」
💥臨床上最簡單分辨五十肩和肩關節夾擠的方式為盂肱關節疼痛弧(Painful arc),
當肩關節進行外展到60度~120度時產生疼痛,超過120度疼痛感會消失,
將舉手至170度~180度(靠近耳朵)時會再次產生疼痛,則可能為肩夾擠症候群。
💥而五十肩因為關節囊沾黏,所以活動範圍受限無法將手舉高,例如做舉手投降或梳頭髮的動作是做不出來的。
🌟「肩關節損傷特殊測試」
透過以下檢查,可以更精確的判別肩夾擠症候群:
🌈Hawkins-Kennedy test
步驟一:患者手平舉,肘成90度彎曲。
步驟二:施測者一手穿過患者手臂,並固定於對側肩膀。
步驟三:施測者將患者前臂往下壓,使患者成肩內轉。
🔥若過程中肩部產生疼痛則為陽性反應
⚠️大部分的人輕微症狀可能在短時間內會自己痊癒,但是3年內復發的機率高達54%
因為產生夾擠的根本原因沒有解除
(例如:前後肌肉張力不平衡、肩胛骨控制異常、姿勢不正確...等)
📈隨著年齡的增長
可能會成為未來的肩頭「大患」‼️

Working with TennisFlex on Rendy Lu: isometric exercise to stabilize the shoulder joint in the functional chain during a forehand motion. Through this TennisFlex exercise, I was able to help Rendy Lu extremely quick out of a situation of pain in the right shoulder joint. It happened after warming up the serve just before the match. This pain situation was as follows: Sharp pain radiating from the shoulder into the arm until the wrist in the movement range of 80 and 120 degree abduction of the right arm (also called as painful arc) - beginning in the region of the tuberculum majus, as well as tender right between the anterior and lateral part of the deltoid muscle. A similar symptomatology as the impingement syndrome. After a brief myofascial treatment, and subsequent stabilization exercises with TennisFlex was the shoulder pain gone. The Tennis Flex is a true enrichment of my therapy offer, because I can get the athletes much faster stabilized after the deep treatment. So far the athletes after such deep treatment felt a bad timing, but this is quite normal because the fascial structures and the treated body part are realigned. For a certain time it can´t be controlled as they used to it in the specific movements. That is because of a slight disturbance in the neuromuscular control, which is not pathological but requires normally a certain adaptation period of 1-2 days. So I don’t usually use this deep treatment techniques just before a match. But if a player, as used in this case "Rendy Lu" just before the match is coming to me and says it hurts in the shoulder, there is no other way to make it, because these techniques working incredibly quick and effective. In this case, e.g. Rendy Lu could play the match without pain. Fortunately, we had a camera man in this situation in our team, who was hired by adidas shooting a documentary about Rendy, due to the upcoming Olympic Games. Therefore, all details have been recorded live! I have to say the TennisFlex enables completely new possibilities in the hobby, amateur and professional sports!

man, 聽說用西瓜皮洗臉對皮膚很好, 因為它的汁有很多維他命, 所以前天在切西瓜的時候我想順便試試看, 把皮抹在臉上. 但是我後來開始忙別的然後忘記把那些汁洗掉! 終於記得的時候已經過了快兩個小時,然後臉感覺好像被火燒了一樣!damn, 現在我的臉超乾乾的, 超癢癢的, 超痛痛的, 超紅紅的....... :( 比麥當勞的薯條盒還要紅!!! 哈哈哈哈 man, so i heard washing your face with watermelon rinds is good for the skin bc of all the vitamins, and the juices act like a type of astringent. so the other day, while i was cuttin' up a watermelon, i decided to try it and rubbed one of them rinds all over my face. however, i got distracted with some other things and forgot to wash the juices off! about two hours later, i realized i had forgotten cuz my skin felt like a blow torch was being held to it! damn, now my face is all dry, all itchy, all painful, and all red....... redder than a mcdonald's fries box!!! hahaha
