Koi fish is the symbol of good luck in East Asia. They are meant to bring prosperity, fortune and perseverance to the family.

Koi fish toast for breakfast not only fuels the body but also helps increase your luck !! 

✔️Pond stones : mashed potato, mayo, edible charcoal powder
✔️Koi fish : mentaiko (spicy code roe), mayo, black sesame paste

Remember to coat the toast with cream cheese or greek yogurt.
