Ingredients list
2 slices of watermelon, a small bowl of blueberries, half a carrot, 150ml yogurt, 1 teaspoon of honey, 200ml ice cubes
Super nutritious vegetable juice:
Ingredients list
2 kiwis, 2 bananas, 1 celery, half a carrot, 150ml apple juice, 200ml ice cubes

1.西瓜汁
材料：
西瓜 600公克/watermelon 600g
冰塊水 150ml/ice & water 150ml
作法：
1.西瓜切塊。
2.將西瓜塊放入果汁壺杯中，倒入冰塊水、蓋上杯蓋。
3.選轉至Max，攪打約30秒至均勻即可。
2.蘋果奇異果汁
材料：
奇異果 3顆/kiwi 3
蘋果 1顆/apple 1
養樂多 1瓶/ Yakult 1
冰塊 適量/ ice
作法：
1.奇異果去皮切塊；蘋果洗淨去籽切塊。
2.將蘋果塊放入果汁壺杯中，倒入養樂多，蓋上杯蓋。
3.旋轉至Max，打約20秒至均勻後從杯蓋口放入奇異果塊，選擇瞬間開關(約10次)至均勻即可。
3.芒果優酪乳
材料：
芒果 300公克/mango 300g
優酪乳 600公克/ Yogurt 600g
作法：
1.芒果劃刀。
2.芒果放入果汁壺中，加入優酪乳。
3.旋轉至Max，打約30秒至均勻即可。
4.酪梨牛奶
材料：
酪梨 160公克/avocado 160g
牛奶 600ml/milk 600ml
二砂糖 2大匙/brown sugar 2tbsp.
焦糖布丁 1顆/pudding 1
作法：
1.酪梨去皮去籽，挖進果汁壺中。
2.加入牛奶、二砂糖、焦糖布丁。
3.旋轉至Max，打約30秒至均勻即可。
5.活力蔬果汁
材料：
西芹 80公克/celery 80g
鳳梨 100公克/pineapple 100g
番茄 100公克/tomato 100g
蘋果 100公克/apple 100g
綜合堅果 30公克/mixed nuts 30g
涼開水 100ml/water 100ml
作法：
1.先將綜合堅果放入隨行杯中，再放入其餘材料。
2.鎖上專用刀頭，放在主機上。
3.旋轉至Max，打約30秒至均勻即可。
6.蒜頭辣椒醬
材料：
蒜仁 150公克/garlic 150g
辣椒段 70公克/chili 70g
涼開水 150ml/water 150ml
醬油膏 250公克/ thick soy sauce 250g
細砂糖 2大匙/sugar 2tbsp.
作法：
1.隨行杯杯中放入蒜仁、辣椒段、加入醬油膏、涼開水、細砂糖。
2.鎖上專用刀頭，放在主機上。
3.旋轉至Max，打約30秒至均勻即可。
