此研究比較植物性飲食與低碳水化合物高蛋白飲食兩種不同飲食習慣者，看看 COVID-19 感染的機率。
🌸結果發現低碳水高蛋白飲食比起植物性飲食，罹患中重度 COVID-19 的機率高達3.86倍，我想這個警訊有必要讓更多人知道，提醒大家勿為了快速減肥採取極端的（吃肉，喝油）減重方式。
🌸全穀、蔬菜、水果這些富含碳水化合物的食物並非許多減重者想像的毒藥，而是維持健康的基本要素。
🌸在沒有很強的證據之前，國人嘗試多吃健康的植物性飲食應該是有利無害的，全食物植物性飲食已經在許多先前的研究發現有助降低糖尿病、心血管疾病、腎臟病的風險。就算對新冠肺炎沒有幫助，對其他疾病也會有幫助。
🌸特別要注意的是此研究不代表吃素或少吃肉就不會得新冠肺炎，因此無論是否吃素，民眾還是必須謹守第三級警戒的各種建議，勤洗手、戴口罩、保持距離等，輪到你打疫苗就趕快去打是保護自己和他人必要方法。
