⌇收到來自波蘭的設計師 Iga Kopiec 的信。
⌇剛好來到台灣的她，希望我能與她進行面對面的採訪，文章將出現在創意平台⌇409 Co⌇上。這是我第一次與來自國外的設計師互動。我邀請她參觀我的個展，為她詳細闡述作品背後的想法。在對話中發現我們都是動物愛好者，關心動物福利並喜歡探索自然和野生動植物，她似乎了解我試圖在作品中表達的人與動物之間的聯繫。同為自由工作者的她，向我分享他們的工作模式，她環遊世界，同時尋找潛在項目的可能，與欣賞的各地創作者交流，我被她的實驗精神以及與⌇409 Co⌇的合作方式感到驚訝，的確，我們都不該被環境受限。對於社會的性別歧視我們也交換意見，在我們能力所及範圍內，可以採取什麼方式來改善，並希望有一個更好的未來。那天晚上我們一起度過了充實的時光。

⌇I was fortunate to meet a lot of wonderful people while I attended the art bazaar and held my own exhibition last year. These people and the artwork I came across really broaden my design horizon and brought me inspiration that becomes more of my work later on. In the meantime, I got an invitation email from Iga Kopiec, a graphic designer from Poland, for a face-to-face interview with her that will be featured on her creative platform, 409 Co. Also, it's my first time to be able to interact with the designer coming from abroad.We met at the cafe where my exhibition was held, so she could see my works and I would elaborate on the idea or thoughts behind them for her. After a few conversations, we soon realized we both are animal lovers, caring about animal welfare and enjoyed exploring nature and wildlife. Thanks to her, I know where I should go if I want to discover exotic animals. And she seemed to understand the connection between humans and animals that I try to express in my works. As a freelancer myself, I was still amazed by the way she worked with her partners at 409 Co, and travel around the globe while searching for creative for potential projects. We exchanged our thoughts on sex discrimination in society, what could be done to improve the issue and hoped for a better future.
We had a great and fulfilling time together that night. I will miss our interesting talks and thank her for writing the interview article that vividly depicts my works and character.
