*這100小時課程是一個兼讀課程,將於每個週末、星期二及四的晚上進行。*
The 100-hour Pre- and Post-natal Teacher Training
The main course objectives of this programme are to:
· Benefits of yoga for pregnancy and birth
· Understand the yoga teacher's role to an expectant mother
· The anatomy of Pregnant women
· The importance of pelvis floor for pregnancy and new mothers
· Psychological state during pregnancy
· Modifying the postures for the various stages of pregnancy
· Special sequences for pre- and post-natal class
· Props usages
· Relaxation and Pranayama
· The needs of new mother
· Postnatal safety guidelines
*This 100-hour programme is a part time programme, it will be hold every weekends, Tuesday and Thursday night.*

Stepping into 36 weeks of pregnancy, this is the most exciting time as we don’t know when baby bro would decide to pop out from the oven! Even though this is our third, we’re still enjoying this moment (if not more), and this is the beauty of going for natural birth. Thanks to all the yoga I’ve done in the past few years, I haven’t experienced any back-pain or muscle soaring. And for those of you who think I’m one of the blessed few who’d never gain any weight, no, I’m not one of them. I’ve gained 45lbs already and am still on the upward trend. I stayed slim & fit all because I watch what I eat & exercised regularly. I do hope I could snap back into shape asap as I miss dressing up in tight tight jeans & dresses, but nothing’s more important than the health of my baby boy & me so I’m gonna take it slowly. Im so happy to be here. All services are thoughtfully designed to help new mothers recover, rejuvenate, recharge and unwind. I’ve made the right decision. Berpantang di @lycmotherchild dengan jagaan @tanameraofficial @tanamera_wellness_centre . Baru seminggu,tapi badan rasa dah sihat sgt. My mind pun at peace, tak serabut. Baby dijaga dengan rapi oleh nurse yang semuanya well trained dan service selama 24/7. They even have postnatal yoga. Makanan yang penuh zat for mommies and babies. Itu yang penting sgt! Bilik selesa, with Wifi , Netflix, Astro. Dah! settle untuk mommies nak breastfeed. Heheh. Andddd, untuk visitors... hygienic screening before masuk sebelum jumpa mommy and baby.. i love that!
