蛋白 2 Egg Whites
砂糖 20g Sugar
蛋黃 2 Egg Yolks
粘米粉 60g Rice Flour
蜜糖 10g Honey
油/無鹽牛油 10g Cooking Oil/Unsalted Butter
砂糖 5g Sugar
1.根據模具大小準備牛油紙
2.把蛋黃和蛋白分開盛起
3.先打發蛋白,分兩次加入砂糖再打發至挺身
4.蛋黃加入砂糖後打發至比原本大一至兩倍體積
5.蛋黃加入至蛋白輕輕攪拌
6.加入已過篩的沾米粉輕輕攪拌均勻
7.加入蜜糖和油輕輕攪拌後倒至模具
8.以170ºC烤20分鐘後放涼,完成

このチャンネルではアメリカ規格の計量器を使ってますので、日本よりほんの少しだけ多めです。例えば大さじ1は日本の大さじ1.25くらいです。1カップは日本だと200ccですがアメリカの1カップは230ccくらいです。参考までに。
