"หนุ่มแว่นหัวร้อน" ที่สื่อมวลชนเรียกกัน มีชื่อจริงว่า รชฏ (อ่านว่า ระ-ชะ-ตะ) ถึงตรงนี้เขาเละไม่เหลือซากแล้ว

ประโยคที่เขาพูดออกมาในคลิป เป็นการกระทำในสิ่งที่คนไทยไม่ชอบครบทุกอย่าง มันเป็นการสร้างความเกลียดชังได้อย่างดีที่สุด

- อวดร่ำอวดรวย
- พาดพิงถึงสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์
- ดูหมิ่นนายกฯ (แม้หลายคนจะไม่ชอบนายกฯ แต่อย่าลืมแฟนคลับนายกฯก็มีเยอะเช่นกันนะ)
- ด่าคนไทยด้อยพัฒนา การศึกษาต่ำ
- ด่าคนอื่นเป็นขยะสังคม
- ด่าคนไทยชอบเสือกเรื่องชาวบ้าน
- กล่าวอ้างว่ามีตำรวจคอยช่วย ไม่เกรงกลัวกฎหมาย (แต่ความจริงไม่มีนะ อ้างเฉยๆ)

ยิ่งไปไล่ดูประวัติเก่าๆแล้ว เคยมีประเด็นกับผู้คนบนท้องถนนมานับไม่ถ้วน ขับรถปาดหน้า ชูนิ้วกลางใส่รถคันอื่น คือจัดว่าเป็นตัวจี๊ดเลยทีเดียว

ดังนั้น มันก็ไม่แปลกเลยที่จะมีฟีดแบ็กความเกลียดชังถึงตัวเขาหนักขนาดนี้

แล้วในทางกฎหมายล่ะ? ในคดีเรื่องการเฉี่ยวชนกับคู่กรณีคนอัดคลิป ทั้ง 2 ฝ่ายตกลงกันได้ โดยไม่ได้เรียกประกัน มีการชดเชยค่าเสียหายให้กันเรียบร้อย

ขณะที่คดีในทางอาญา ก็มีเพียงหมิ่นประมาทซึ่งหน้า โทษปรับ หรือจำคุกไม่เกิน 1 ปี ซึ่งเป็นคดีไม่ได้ใหญ่เลย ในแง่ของตัวบทกฎหมาย

อย่างไรก็ตาม สิ่งที่รุนแรงกว่าคือกระแสสังคม ต้นสังกัด บริษัท Kasa Development แน่นอน ย่อมไม่อยากติดร่างแหไปด้วย ใช้เหตุผลเรื่องที่ นายรชฏ อ้างถึงสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ ในการไล่ออก

เท่ากับว่าเพียงพริบตา นายรชฏ มีคดีอาญา โดนไล่ออกจากงาน และ กลายเป็น Public Enemy ศัตรูเบอร์หนึ่งของประเทศไทย

คือก็เข้าใจได้ เพราะสิ่งที่ นายรชฏพูด มันไปกระทบใจของคนส่วนใหญ่ในสังคม จึงนำมาสู่กระแสความเกลียดชังรุนแรงเพียงนี้

คลิปของนายรชฏ เป็นไวรัลอย่างรวดเร็ว ยอดคนแชร์เกือบล้าน ซึ่งเป็นคลิปที่ร้อนแรงที่สุดในปี 2019 เลย

เหตุการณ์ยิ่งบอกปากต่อปาก ยิ่งทำให้สถานการณ์ทวีความรุนแรงมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ ตอนแรกกระแสก็ไปทางเดียวนั่นแหละ คือด่า หนุ่มแว่นยับเลย

อย่างไรก็ตาม เมื่อเวลา ตี 1 ของเมื่อคืน เพจ Phuri's News ได้ปล่อยคลิปวีดีโอในอีกมุมหนึ่ง ที่หลายคนน่าจะรู้สึกสะเทือนใจเป็นอย่างมาก

คือคลิปที่สถานีตำรวจพุทธมณฑล มีชาวบ้านประมาณ 4-5 ร้อย ไปดักรอ นายรชฏ และครอบครัว ที่มาให้ปากคำกับเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจในโรงพัก

ทันทีที่คุณแม่ของ นายรชฏ เดินออกมาจากโรงพัก มีเสียงตะโกนด่า แม่ของเขา ว่า "เลี้ยงลูกแบบไหนหรอ" ตะคอกกันอย่างหนัก

ภาพที่น่าเศร้าคือสะใภ้ของบ้านนี้ แฟนสาวของนายรชฏ จับมือคุณแม่แน่น และพาไปขึ้นรถที่ตำรวจคุ้มกันอยู่

คำถามที่คนคงคิดตรงกันคือ จะไปด่าแม่กับเมียเขาทำไม?

คือด่าผู้ก่อเหตุก็ว่ากันไป คนทำผิดก็ต้องรับผิดชอบในสิ่งที่ตัวเองกระทำ แต่คนอื่นที่ไม่ใช่บุคคลนั้นล่ะ เขาสมควรรับหางเลขไปด้วยหรือ?

ในคลิปแรกสุดที่รถเฉี่ยวชน เราเห็นภาพภรรยาของนายรชฏ ห้ามปรามสามีของตัวเองอยู่ตลอด และพูดจากับคู่กรณีอย่างดีมากๆ ถามว่าเธอผิดอะไรล่ะ ถึงจะต้องโดนด่าไปด้วย

ความผิดของเธอมีเพียงอย่างเดียวคือนั่งอยู่ในรถคันนั้น ณ เวลานั้นแค่นั้นเอง เธอก็พยายามจัดการแก้ปัญหาทุกอย่างให้ดีที่สุดแล้ว

แล้วพ่อแม่ของเขาล่ะ ควรโดนลากมาด่าด้วยไหม ในเมื่อมนุษย์เราเป็นปัจเจก ต่างคนต่างมีความคิดของตัวเอง คือมีพ่อแม่คนไหนอยากสั่งสอนให้ลูกเป็นคนไม่ดี เที่ยวด่ากราดคนอื่นแบบที่หนุ่มแว่นทำ มันไม่มีพ่อแม่คนไหนอยากให้ลูกเป็นแบบนี้หรอก

ในอดีต กฎมณเทียรบาลสมัยอยุธยา มีโทษประหาร 7 ชั่วโคตรอยู่ คือคนทำผิด ต้องฆ่าให้ตายทั้งตระกูล นักโทษ เมีย ลูก หลาน เหลน พ่อแม่ ปู่ย่า ตายาย ทวด ต้องฆ่าให้หมดทั้งวงศ์ตระกูล

แล้วทำไมโทษประหาร 7 ชั่วโคตรถึงถูกยกเลิกไป ไม่มีในปัจจุบันล่ะ?

นั่นเพราะสังคมเรารู้ดีว่า เรื่องความผิด มันเป็นเรื่องของตัวบุคคลนั้น และมันไม่ยุติธรรมแม้แต่นิด ที่จะลากคนรอบตัวของผู้กระทำผิด มาลงโทษด้วย

ในแง่กฎหมาย พ่อแม่ และแฟนสาว ของนายรชฏ ไม่ได้ทำอะไรผิดเลย เช่นเดียวกับในแง่ของสังคม พวกเขาก็ไม่ควรจับแขวนมาด่าแบบนี้ด้วย

การที่ไปรุมเตรียมจะประชาทัณฑ์จากเหตุผลเพียงเพราะเรื่องในคลิป แสดงให้เห็นถึงความอารมณ์ร้อนของคนไทย ที่พอได้ฟังสิ่งที่นายรชฏพูด ก็ฟิวส์ขาด แล้วเตรียมเอาคืนด้วยกำลัง

ใช่ คำพูดมันไม่น่าฟัง แต่กฎหมายบ้านเมืองก็มี ให้กฎหมายทำหน้าที่ของมันไป ผิดเท่าไหร่ บทลงโทษทางกฎหมายก็แรงเท่านั้น

ถ้าใครไม่พอใจอยากด่า ก็ด่าในออนไลน์ก็ได้ ไม่จำเป็นต้องเข้าหาตัวไปใช้ Physical ใช้กำลังทำร้ายร่างกายเขาเลย

ความรู้สึกเหมือนเจอคนเหยียดผิว เราเอาคืนด้วยการเหยียดอีกฝ่ายให้หนักกว่า หรือไปไล่กระทืบอีกคนให้ตาย มันคือการแก้ปัญหาที่ถูกต้องหรือ?

วิธีที่หน่วยงานที่อังกฤษแนะนำคนโดนเหยียดผิว คือเอาสิ่งที่โดนเหยียดเก็บหลักฐาน แล้วมาแจ้งที่เจ้าหน้าที่ โดยบทลงโทษน่ะมันมีอยู่แล้ว คุณไม่จำเป็นต้องไปเอาคืนด้วยการด่าคืน หรือไปต่อยตีอีกฝ่าย คือมันไม่ได้แก้ปัญหากันแบบนั้น

ท้ายที่สุดแล้ว เราต้องมองเรื่องนี้ให้ลึกเกินกว่าแค่ ไอ้แว่นคลั่งด่ากราด มองลึกลงไปเลยว่าเราจะได้อะไรจากเรื่องนี้บ้าง

สำนักข่าว ก็ไม่ควรจะเฮโล ไปเล่นประเด็นซ้ำเดิมๆว่าใครทำอะไรที่ไหนยังไง หรือเล่นข่าวว่า มีเซเล็บคนไหนอยากจะกระทืบไอ้แว่นบ้าง แต่มันน่าจะดีกว่า ถ้าเราลองวิเคราะห์ดูถึงปรากฏการณ์นี้อย่างจริงจัง

1) ตั้งคำถามว่า นายรชฏ ทั้งๆที่เป็นคนไทย มีพ่อแม่เป็นไทย 100% ทำไมถึงเกลียดประเทศไทยขนาดนั้น ทำไมถึงคิดว่าคนไทยเป็นพวกชั้นต่ำ อะไรที่ทำให้คิดแบบนั้น

คำว่าชั้นต่ำของเขาคืออะไร และในมุมของเขาคนประเทศไหนคือชั้นสูง คือมีอะไรในสังคมไทย ที่เขาไม่ชอบ ต้องมานั่งถกกันเลย

2) พิจารณาสภาพอาการป่วยของ นายรชฏ ว่าเป็นโรคอะไรหรือเปล่า พ่อบอกว่าปกติดี ส่วนแม่บอกว่ากินยาอยู่ ความชัดเจนคืออะไรกันแน่ สิ่งสำคัญคือเราควรจะรู้ว่า นายรชฏนี่สติดี 100% ใช่ไหม ตอนที่ออกสตาร์ตด่ากราดขนาดนั้น ทำไมถึงควบคุมอารมณ์ตัวเองไม่ได้เลย

พ่อแม่ผู้ปกครองที่เห็นแนวโน้ม ว่าบุตรหลานของตัวเอง จะออกอาการบ้าคลั่ง จะได้นำตัวลูกหลานไปปรึกษาแพทย์ก่อนที่จะเกิดเรื่องแย่ๆขึ้นมาแบบนี้

3) เป็นข้อเตือนใจให้เราได้เห็นว่า ในสังคมไทย เวลาคนเขาด่า เขาไม่เคยด่าเราแค่คนเดียว แต่คนรอบข้างทั้งหมด จะโดนด่าไปด้วย ดังนั้นจงชั่งใจให้ดี ก่อนตัดสินใจทำอะไรลงไป ถ้าหากยังรัก ยังแคร์คนรอบข้าง ก็อย่าทำให้เขาได้รับผลกระทบและต้องเสียใจไปด้วย

4) ได้เห็นการแก้ปัญหาขององค์กรที่เกี่ยวข้อง อย่างบริษัทต้นสังกัดของนายรชฏ ที่ประกาศไล่ออกทันที คือเป็นการตัดปัญหา แสดงจุดยืนขององค์กรว่าไม่สนับสนุนคนทำผิด คือถ้ากระแสมันแรงแล้ว คุณต้องรีบ Take Action ก่อนองค์กรจะโดนหางเลขตามไปด้วย

5) ชี้ให้เห็นว่ายุคนี้ พลังของโซเชียล เน็ตเวิร์คไปเร็วมาก ทำผิดอย่าคิดว่าหลบซ่อนได้ แค่พริบตาเดียวคนรู้กันทั่วประเทศ หากเราโดนใครกระทำไม่ดี มือถือเรามี อัดคลิป อัดหลักฐานเอาไว้ ถ้าสุดท้ายเราเป็นฝ่ายถูก สังคมจะช่วยเราเอง

6) เราได้เห็นความใจเย็นของหนุ่มคู่กรณี ที่โดนด่าขนาดนั้น แถมยังถูกบังคับให้กราบเท้า แต่ยังไม่น็อตหลุดใช้กำลังในการจบปัญหา ซึ่งนำมาสู่ความชื่นชมอย่างมาก เพราะการใช้กำลังไม่ใช่คำตอบที่ถูกต้องอยู่แล้ว เขาคือผู้ชนะตัวจริงของเหตุการณ์นี้

7) เวลารถยนต์เฉี่ยวชนบนท้องถนน ควรรู้ไว้เลยว่าถ้าหากมีประกัน ก็โทรเรียกให้ประกันมาจัดการ ไม่ต้องลงมาด่าทอกันเอง เหตุการณ์มันเกิดไปแล้ว มันคืออุบัติเหตุ และหน้าที่ของประกันรถยนต์ก็เพื่อเคลียร์ปัญหาในลักษณะนี้ล่ะ ไม่ต้องโมโหขนาดนั้น ให้ประกันได้ทำหน้าที่ของเขาไป

8) สื่อมวลชนควรไปทำการเจาะชีวิตของคนที่จะไปประชาทัณฑ์นายรชฏ ที่สถานีตำรวจ ว่าอะไรที่ทำให้เขาไม่พอใจขนาดนั้น ถึงขนาดต้องการลงไม้ลงมือ คำพูดไหน ที่เป็นการกระตุ้นความรู้สึก ให้ถึงขนาดต้องขับรถหลายกิโลมาที่สถานี เพื่อรอดักกระทืบผู้ก่อเหตุ

และ 9) การได้คนรักดี คือลาภอันประเสริฐ ปฏิเสธไม่ได้เลยว่า คนที่พอจะช่วยให้สถานการณ์ของพี่แว่นนั้นเบาลงไปหนึ่งสเต็ป คือคุณภรรยาที่อยู่ในเหตุการณ์ทุกอย่าง

เธอทั้งช่วยเจรจากับเรื่องอุบัติเหตุ ในตอนแรกก็เป็นเธอนี่ล่ะที่ยกมือไหว้คู่ก่อเหตุ และคอยห้ามปรามสามีตัวเอง นอกจากนั้นยังคอยอยู่กับพ่อแม่สามี ตลอดเรื่องราวที่เกิดเหตุขึ้น เชื่อได้เลยว่า 24 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมาเป็นวันที่หนักหน่วงที่สุดในชีวิตของเธอ

ถ้าได้คนรักดี ที่มีความฉลาด และพร้อมอยู่เคียงข้างเราเสมอแม้ในวันที่เจอปัญหา ไม่ว่ายังไงก็อย่าปล่อยมือเขาไปเด็ดขาด

เห็นไหม มีหลายมุมตั้งเยอะ ที่เราจะหยิบยกมาคุยกันได้จากเหตุการณ์นี้ นอกเหนือจากกูหมั่นไส้ไอ้แว่น อยากกระทืบมันจังเลยว่ะ จริงไหม

ขณะที่เรื่องการใช้ชีวิต ณ เวลานี้ เขาตกงานแล้ว ซึ่งก็ไม่รู้ว่าจะหางานใหม่ได้หรือไม่ จะมีองค์กรไหนกล้ารับเผือกร้อนชิ้นนี้มาร่วมงานด้วย ชีวิตของเขาจะอยู่ยากมากๆ

บทลงโทษของเขานั้นแรงมหาศาล และคลิปสั้นๆแค่ 5 นาทีนี้ ได้เปลี่ยนแปลงชีวิตเขาไปตลอดกาล

แต่แน่นอน มันเป็นสิ่งที่เขาก่อขึ้นเอง ก็ต้องรับมันไว้เอง

ขณะที่คนนอกที่คอยดูเหตุการณ์ ก็วิจารณ์กันได้ จะด่าพี่แว่นก็ด่าไปเถอะ จากความห้าวขนาดนั้น บอกตรงๆก็สมควรโดนนะ

แต่อย่าลืมนะครับ ว่าทั้งหมดนี้มันเป็นเรื่องของเขาเอง พ่อแม่เขาไม่เกี่ยวอย่าลากมาด่าด้วย คนรักเขาก็ไม่เกี่ยว อย่าลากมาด้วยเช่นกัน

สุดท้าย พี่แว่นบอกในคลิปว่า "กูดูถูกคนไทยทั้งประเทศ" ดังนั้นมันก็น่าจะดี ถ้าเราทำให้เขาเห็นว่า คนไทยไม่เห็นมีอะไรน่าดูถูกตรงไหน

ทำให้พี่แว่นได้เห็นว่าเนื้อแท้ของคนไทยเรานั้น จิตใจดี มีเหตุผล มีอารยะ

และที่สำคัญคนไทยเรา จะไม่ชนะคนบ้า ด้วยความบ้ากว่าอย่างแน่นอน

Ever since I first stepped through the door behind me as Prime Minister, I have striven to make the United Kingdom a country that works not just for a privileged few, but for everyone. And to honour the result of the EU referendum.Back in 2016, we gave the British people a choice. Against all predictions, the British people voted to leave the European Union.

I feel as certain today as I did three years ago that in a democracy, if you give people a choice you have a duty to implement what they decide.I have done my best to do that. I negotiated the terms of our exit and a new relationship with our closest neighbours that protects jobs, our security and our Union. I have done everything I can to convince MPs to back that deal. Sadly, I have not been able to do so.

I tried three times. I believe it was right to persevere, even when the odds against success seemed high. But it is now clear to me that it is in the best interests of the country for a new Prime Minister to lead that effort.

So I am today announcing that I will resign as leader of the Conservative and Unionist Party on Friday 7 June so that a successor can be chosen. I have agreed with the Party Chairman and with the Chairman of the 1922 Committee that the process for electing a new leader should begin in the following week. I have kept Her Majesty the Queen fully informed of my intentions, and I will continue to serve as her Prime Minister until the process has concluded.

It is, and will always remain, a matter of deep regret to me that I have not been able to deliver Brexit. It will be for my successor to seek a way forward that honours the result of the referendum. To succeed, he or she will have to find consensus in Parliament where I have not. Such a consensus can only be reached if those on all sides of the debate are willing to compromise.

For many years the great humanitarian Sir Nicholas Winton – who saved the lives of hundreds of children by arranging their evacuation from Nazi-occupied Czechoslovakia through the Kindertransport – was my constituent in Maidenhead. At another time of political controversy, a few years before his death, he took me to one side at a local event and gave me a piece of advice. As we strive to find the compromises we need in our politics – whether to deliver Brexit, or to restore devolved government in Northern Ireland – we must remember what brought us here. Because the referendum was not just a call to leave the EU but for profound change in our country. A call to make the United Kingdom a country that truly works for everyone. I am proud of the progress we have made over the last three years.

We have completed the work that David Cameron and George Osborne started: the deficit is almost eliminated, our national debt is falling and we are bringing an end to austerity. My focus has been on ensuring that the good jobs of the future will be created in communities across the whole country, not just in London and the South East, through our Modern Industrial Strategy.

We have helped more people than ever enjoy the security of a job. We are building more homes and helping first-time buyers onto the housing ladder - so young people can enjoy the opportunities their parents did. And we are protecting the environment, eliminating plastic waste, tackling climate change and improving air quality. This is what a decent, moderate and patriotic Conservative Government, on the common ground of British politics, can achieve - even as we tackle the biggest peacetime challenge any government has faced.

I know that the Conservative Party can renew itself in the years ahead. That we can deliver Brexit and serve the British people with policies inspired by our values. Security; freedom; opportunity. Those values have guided me throughout my career.

But the unique privilege of this office is to use this platform to give a voice to the voiceless, to fight the burning injustices that still scar our society. That is why I put proper funding for mental health at the heart of our NHS long-term plan. It is why I am ending the postcode lottery for survivors of domestic abuse. It is why the Race Disparity Audit and gender pay reporting are shining a light on inequality, so it has nowhere to hide. And that is why I set up the independent public inquiry into the tragedy at Grenfell Tower – to search for the truth, so nothing like it can ever happen again, and so the people who lost their lives that night are never forgotten.

Because this country is a Union.Not just a family of four nations. But a union of people – all of us. Whatever our background, the colour of our skin, or who we love. We stand together. And together we have a great future.

Our politics may be under strain, but there is so much that is good about this country. So much to be proud of. So much to be optimistic about. I will shortly leave the job that it has been the honour of my life to hold – the second female Prime Minister but certainly not the last. I do so with no ill-will, but with enormous and enduring gratitude to have had the opportunity to serve the country I love.
