最近收到比較多插畫版的寵物肖像訂製，因為插畫版的畫面比較彈性，可以加入一些寵物們的愛用品，常常需要翻閱很多Q照來找適合的搭配，畫起來很開心！

寵物肖像這樣畫一畫居然也要十年了，真心感謝各位寵物家長們的喜歡🥰能用這樣的方式接觸到你家的寶貝們真的很開心！

Another Thai omelette star discovery.

After feeling appropriately dejected from sitting myself down at Uncle Jeff's restaurant (someone please open a Malaysian restaurant here!), only to be asked "can I help you Ma'am", to which I asked "You're no longer a restaurant"? To which he replied "No, only a guest house now Ma'am", and with only their adorable, snorting pug dog to lead me out of their "guest house" did I find myself walking back down a dark side alley of Ekkami, Sukhumvit.

Suddenly, I was hit by the most amazing aroma. Spice and rice were emanating from my right, and like a beakon of light, shone the Khao ( Ekkamai Soi 10 location ) restaurant sign. I decided then, this was a place to rest my weary feet and angry stomach. The place felt rather fancier than I expected, an open space designed, with muted tones and well dressed waiters and all the appropriate plating and cutlery in place, but after settling in, it felt rather warm and cosy.

I flipped through the photo - text menu and the omelette with crab which immediately caught my attention, along with the price. 690 thb++. I thought, it better be big and it better be good...and dammit, it was both.

This omelette was shaped like a sponge cake but one that was absolutely jam packed with fresh crab. I took one bite and melted into my seat. Heavenly. But to ensure I just didn't dig into the only section with crab, I opened up the rest of the omelette and the crab meat did indeed reached to every circumference.

What I liked most about this dish, apart from the freshness was that the crab was incredibly juicy and lightly flavoured with herbs and fried shallots, also that the egg was fluffy and moist but still held everything in place.

All in all the style is different to Jay Fai's, and although I still believe Jay Fai is a legend, if you're looking at trying a Thai style Crab omelette, that's different, on this side of town (Sukhumvit), at almost half the price, without having to book or line-up, then this amazingly under-discovered omelette is much more than suffice.

Cua Ấn Độ Siêu Khổng Lồ Siêu Mắc - Khoa Pug Choáng Váng - Giant Crazy Crab - Food Tour India 2020

- Sau 1 loạt video về Street food Ấn Độ làm tui sắp đổ bệnh thì hôm nay quyết định vào nhà hàng sang chảnh một bữa sao xem :D
- Ấn Độ nổi tiếng về loại cua biển siêu to khổng lồ, khác với cua Hoàng Đế hay Tôm Hùm Canada sống ở vùng lạnh thường sẽ có kích thước to không nói, còn đây là loại cua sống ở vùng biển ấm, vùng biển ít khi cho ra loại cua có kích thước khủng.
- Loại cua này nhà hàng gọi là OMG Crab (Lạy chúa tôi) và Crazzy Crab (cua điên) vì ngoại hình siêu to của nó:
+ OMG Crab: từ 1,5kg đến 1,9kg
+ Crazzy Crab: Từ 2kg trở lên
- Nhìn bề ngoài các bạn có thể hình dung nó như 1 dạng cua biển Cà Mau có kích thước siêu to vậy đó :D
- Về thịt loại cua này thì khỏi nói, bạn nào sành ăn hải sản thì biết vùng biển ấm thường cho thịt hải sản từ cua ghẹ tôm chắc thịt, ngon ngọt hơn nhiều so với vùng biển lạnh.
- Giá cua này mắc hơn nhiều so với cua Hoàng Đế nha ^^!, thịt nó ngon ngọt hơn mà :P
- Cặp càng của con cua này ăn ăn đứt cua hoàng đế, to ngang ngửa càng tôm hùm canada loại 2kg trở lên nha =))
- Thịt nhiều miên man từ 8 chân nhỏ và mai cua luôn, nói chung giá tiền ăn con cua 1,7kg này là 11600 rup ~ 4 triệu bên mình cũng đáng ^^!
- Lần đầu tui thấy con cua này đã thốt lên OMG đúng như tên gọi của nó, bà mẹ hình dáng cua Cà Mau mà to 1 cách vô lý =))
- Ăn xong ra biển chơi thì phải thốt lên OMG lần 2, bà mẹ ngày thường mà biển nó đông 1 cách vô lý =))
- Ngày lễ 30/4 1/5 mấy ông ra biển Vũng Tàu Nha Trang đông sao thì ở Mumbai Ấn Độ nó đông vãi chưỡng y như vậy đó, đây là ngày thường chả phải lễ lạc gì đâu, đúng là quốc gia 1,3 tỷ dân haha.
