#關於疫苗的不良反應

完成第一劑的AZ疫苗接種52小時後，
我的體溫、行動力和作息一切如常，
完全沒有停止哺乳。

針對打疫苗後的不良反應，坊間眾說紛紜。
有的說是牌子緣故，
有些說是因各人身體年齡而異。
我在這和大家分享一點我看到的解說 + 親身經歷。

▪️說法一：
AZ反應比較大？Pfizer/Moderna（mRNA疫苗）才不會這樣！

我有位朋友打兩次Moderna都發燒，
第一劑甚至手臂出現大面積敏感反應；
當然也有不少打了Pfizer/Moderna後，
毫無不良反應的親友。

AZ方面，
（根據不負責任劉元元統計法）目前會出現低燒、肌肉痠痛、疲倦等反應的朋友大約佔了70%，自己剛好就是那30%。

🔸結論：這三種牌子都可能導致你出現/不出現不良反應，除非妳是懷孕婦女，否則真的沒有必要糾結要打什麼牌子。

▪️說法二：
年輕人打了AZ後身體反應會比較大，
因為免疫系統在工作！

如果照這樣的說法，
那麼就是否定疫苗在年長者身上的功效，
但實際數據顯示，
#以上提到的三種疫苗
#不管有沒有出現不良反應
#對所有年齡層預防重症都是百分百有效

如上所提到的非官方（根據不負責任劉元元統計法）數字，
我身邊其他打了AZ沒出現不良反應的朋友當中，
年長者和有運動習慣+Eat Clean的朋友各佔45%，
剩下的10%就是像我這些50歲以下，
以為自己很年輕所以準備了Panadol，
但結果毫無外在可見反應，
還有點小失落的疫苗接種者🥲

🔸結論：
年齡不是唯一決定打AZ後是否有不良反應的唯一準繩。但如果你即將打疫苗同時不抗拒養成運動習慣和Eat Clean的話，試下無妨。

สรุปคือ ไม่มีอาวุธปืนใดๆ ที่สามารถทำอันตรายกับเธอได้ แม้จะเป็น GM 79 Grenade Launcher ก็ทำได้แค่ให้เธอชะงักแค่ชั่วครู่ และเป็นรูตามชุด จากนั้นเธอก็จะเดินมาแล้วใช้กรงเล็บกระซวกคุณอยู่ดี
