When people talk bad and treat others badly, they are projecting their negative behaviour, insensitivity and cruelty because they have something wrong with them. It's a reflection of their unhappiness, insecurity and inadequacy in their life.
Dealing with negative and toxic people is common in our lives, it can be our friends, colleagues, family members and random people or strangers who come to you when they need something or trying to get to know you.
If a person behaving negatively, disrespectful, disregard feelings, ignore boundaries and continue to talk and treat you in a harmful or hateful way, let these people go. Some people are evil, hateful, spiteful, sneaky and try to use people for their benefit.
Some people stand up to bad behaviour and choose to do nothing about it. Some people behaviours are one of the reasons which may constitute why animals are far better than humans.
For me, I may be nice and I treat people to the best I could. But if you continue to disrespect, use, rude, manipulative, envious, vengeful, cynical, bully, fake and all the negativity and cruel behaviour, I will not tolerate it. There are no rooms or vacancies for these people in my life.
I'm not naive, I know things, I know what I want and I only respect people who are total genuine with me. If you need help, do it properly. If you want to talk or ask things, do it nicely. Never assume. People's life is not your business. Always think then say and act accordingly. Behave appropriately. Be mindful. Change for the better.
If you are behaving negatively because you were once destroyed, stop destroying other people just because you want them to feel the same. Change your behaviour, be more matured, find wisdom and peace.
To those people who have handled many people in their walks of life, they are people who are willing to change and they are people who refuse and don't want to change for betterment. Truth be told, you can't change everybody. You can't expect everyone to be kind.
Time is limited. If we are still breathing, we still can fix what's wrong and improve our behaviour and quality of life.
Have some respect for yourself to become a better person.

💓想從生活中得到什麼?近來你應該有機會、也有理由問自己這個問題。也許你想花更多時間與家人在一起,或者想找一份更有成就感和安全感的工作,或者想改善健康狀況。不過,人為何有這些需求呢?
What do you want from life? You’ve probably had the opportunity and the cause to ask yourself that question recently. Perhaps you want to spend more time with your family, or get a more fulfilling and secure job, or improve your health. But why do you want those things?
🍀Chances are that your answer will come down to one thing: happiness. Our culture’s fixation on happiness can seem almost religious. It is one of the only reasons for action that doesn’t stand in need of justification: happiness is good because being happy is good. But can we build our lives on that circular reasoning?

🌸Considering the importance of the question, there’s remarkably little data on what people want from life. A survey in 2016 asked Americans whether they would rather "achieve great things or be happy" and 81% said that they would rather be happy, while only 13% opted for achieving great things (6% were understandably daunted by the choice and weren’t sure). Despite the ubiquity of happiness as a goal, it’s hard to know how to define it or how to achieve it.

🌷Yet more and more aspects of life are judged in terms of their contribution to the phantom of happiness. Does your relationship, your job, your home, your body, your diet make you happy? If not, aren’t you doing something wrong? In our modern world, happiness is the closest thing we have to a summum bonum, the highest good from which all other goods flow. In this logic unhappiness becomes the summum malum, the greatest evil to be avoided. There is some evidence that the obsessive pursuit of happiness is associated with a greater risk of depression.

2018年與大家解釋過「最愛的痛」不見得是感情上的困饒,而是任何你用來逃避更不想面對的事情的替代品。當我們遇到難關時,我們會想盡辦法去撐過它,而這些「辦法」不見得是最健康的。例如感情上遇到問題會用工作去逃避。例如工作上遇到問題會靠吃東西來發洩。例如飲食上遇到問題會靠談戀愛去轉移注意力。起初有表面上的緩解,但只會越來越苦,因為逃避無法永久。
In 2018, I explained that the lyrics of “Precious Pain” aren’t necessarily about the emotional distress of romantic love. I wanted to convey the destructive nature of coping mechanisms. When life hits us with hardship, we find ways to get through it, but these “ways” are not always healthy. How many of us use work to (not) deal with relationship problems? How many of us use food to numb ourselves from work stress? How many of us think a new relationship will solve all our body image issues? And the cycle continues. Initially there is a superficial relief, but as escape is only ever temporary at best, suffering inevitably sets in.

Diverting one’s attention isn’t necessarily a bad idea, but if we’re constantly trying to escape from our core reasons for unhappiness, we will never make any real progress. True healing comes from letting go of these emotional crutches.
很滿意這次與法獸合作了《最愛的痛 FSHO Remix》,法獸用了人聲切片 vocal chop 去呼應我心中的混沌,卻一直重複一句話:放手。嗯,也許再糾結再混亂再黑暗再恐慌,至少可以從放手開始。
I’m very happy with this collaboration with FSHO. His use of vocal chops perfectly echos the chaotic state of mind I was trying to capture, all the while repeating one crucial phrase: Let go. If in all the confusion, you don’t know where to start, you can always let go.
