1. เพราะอ่านแค่ 6 นาที ก็ลดระดับความเครียดลงถึง 68% -- Mindlab International จาก Sussex พบว่า หลังจากอ่านหนังสือเพียง 6 นาที ระดับความเครียดก็ลดลงถึง 68% เมื่อเทียบกับการทำกิจกรรมอื่นๆ เช่น การฟังเพลงที่ระดับความเครียดลดลง 61% หรือ เพราะหนังสือช่วยให้คุณหลีกหนีจากความกังวลในชีวิตประจำวันไปใช้เวลาในโลกจินตนาการได้
