在唱歌的時候,我們也有一些需要特別留意的事項,幫助我們避免過度用聲,發揮自己聲音的特色。
一、開聲練習不可少
和做運動一樣,唱歌前也需要為聲帶做「熱身運動」,讓聲帶適應在歌唱中遊走於不同音域。除了一般發聲練習外,我們也可以透過練習持續的捲舌音,配合練唱音階來放鬆聲帶附近的肌肉。
二、正確運氣和用聲
在唱歌時,我們應使用正確的技巧進行運氣。正確的唱歌用氣方法是由腹肌和胸腔吸氣,腹部應該會先隆起。如果吸氣時肩膀不自覺抬起,就代表呼吸方法錯誤了。假如沒有經過專業歌唱教學並反覆使用錯誤的運氣或用聲方法練習唱歌,可能會導致聲帶耗損和受傷。

Protecting Our Voices (7) – How do we Protect our Voices while Enjoying Singing? (I)
There are some special points to note when we sing to prevent us from abusing our vocal cords and help us show the characteristics of our voices.
1. Warm-up Practices
Warm-up exercises are important before the start of singing practices. They allow our voices to flow within different ranges and intervals. Beside regular warm-up exercises, we may try combining singing of scales with tongue-rolling to relax our muscles near the vocal cords.
2. The Proper Way to Breathe and Sing
When singing, we should use the correct techniques to breathe. The proper way is breathing with abdominal and chest support. If your shoulders are lifted unconsciously while breathing in, you may be breathing with a wrong way. Without professional guidance, repeated use of wrong breathing and singing methods may result in vocal cords injuries.
