Or gaze at stars through a telescope and think about how tiny we are, in the scheme of things. Or soak for hours in this gorgeous, gorgeous pool. •

材料：
山核桃 50g，番薯 5，肉桂粉 1 tbsp，橙味果醬 2 tbsp，牛油 1 tbsp，棉花糖 250g

做法：
1. 炒山核桃
2. 煮熟番薯，壓成蓉，加入肉桂粉，橙味果醬，牛油，山核桃拌勻
3. 放在焗盤，壓平，加上棉花糖，用200℃焗25分鐘

※ ingredients:
50g Pecan, 1 Tsp Cinnamon Powder, 5 Sweet Potato, 2 Tbsp Orange Jam, 1 Tbsp Butter, 250g Marshmallow

1. Roast the pecan in a frying pan.
2. Pell the sweet potato and boil.
3. Mash the boiled sweet potato.
4. Combine mashed sweet potato, cinnamon powder, orange jam, butter and pecan.
5. Place sweet potato pureé in a bake plate and sprinkle marshmallows. Bake in 200℃ oven for 25 minutes.

We tired making a unicorn marshmallow cup with chocolate drink inside. This dish is a breakthrough MOSO menu item where you can enjoy marshmallows and a drink at the same time. If you sell it at a festival food stand, it might be a hit. Let us know if you make this at home!

*Recipe* (for 5 cm diameter cups x 20)
1. Choose any flavor shaved ice syrup (75 g) and add 10 g powdered gelatin and let soak.
2. Add white sugar (60 g) to 2 egg whites (60 g) while mixing, beat until a firm foamy merengue is formed.
3. Heat the gelatin in #1 in the microwave until it melts. Do not let it boil.
4. Add #3 to #2, and beat it to make it foamier.
5. Quickly place #4 into a pastry bag. If you want to add coloring, paint the inside of the pastry bag with food coloring beforehand.
6. Cut off the tip of the pastry bag. I chose a little under 2cm this time.
7. Squeeze out #6 onto the rim of the paper cups. If you've added coloring, you see some nasty colors at first, but they gradually settle down. Please enjoy that transition as well.
8. Add sprinkles as desired.
9. Pour in a drink of your choice. A chocolate drink might match well...
10. Add straws. Finito!

ユニコーンカラーのマシュマロを絞り出したコップにチョコレートドリンクを入れてみました。
いっぺんにマシュマロと飲み物を楽しめてしまう画期的（？）なMOSO料理メニューの完成です。
お祭りなどの屋台で売ったらウケるかも。
真似する時は教えてちょ。

*レシピ*（直径 5センチのコップ 20個分）
１．お好みの かき氷シロップ 75gに粉ゼラチン 10gをふり入れ、ふやかしておく。
２．卵白 2個分（60g）に白砂糖 60gを加えながら混ぜ、かたいメレンゲを泡立てる。
３．１のゼラチンが溶けるまで電子レンジで加熱する。沸騰させないこと。
４．３を２に加え、さらに泡立てる。
５．絞り袋に４を手早く入れる。着色したい時は、あらかじめ 絞り袋の内側に食用色素を塗っておく。
６．絞り袋の口を切り落とす。今回は、2センチ弱の幅にしました。
７．紙コップのフチに６を絞り出す。着色した場合、最初はエゲツない色ですが、だんだん落ちすきます。その色の変化も含め楽しんでください。
８．お好みでスプリンクルを散らす。
９．お好みの飲み物を注ぐ。チョコレートドリンクが合うかなー。
１０．ストローをさして。でけた。
