花咲蟹肉甜不在話下，配上鮮三文魚子同手工豆腐花，襯托出既鮮味真係不得了！師傅仲要用日本既水去製作豆腐花，滑到要控制一下自己，唔好咁快sir落肚🤤！
🥈 厚燒A5米沢牛伴山葵芥末醬
第一次食米沢牛，肉味濃肉質嫩滑多汁！旁邊既芥末醬我都無點～配菜既炸薯角超級驚喜，竟然可以做到外面鬆脆，裡面嫩滑無比，好好味！
🥉 壽司拼盤四件
師傅會用最時令既魚做壽司，所以鮮就一定係新鮮喇，最開心係呢幾塊北海道海膽，好鮮甜😍
🏅 香煎季節生蠔伴大根舞松茸醬
怪物蠔刺身你地可能食過！但煮熟既試過未？原來煮熟左既怪物蠔依然食到陣鮮甜味，仲要超多汁！真係要一試👍🏻
其實仲有好多食物我哋試過都好好味！
