Kimchi cheese toastie
2 slices of bread of your choice, add a lots of cheese of your choice again. (I use Sainsbury's Grated Four Cheese Mix )
Then put a spoonful of the kimchi evenly on top. You can either use a pan or a sandwich toaster, pressing down gently until the bread is golden brown and crisp, and the cheese has melted. Cut in half, and serve it straightaway!
The richness of the cheddar cheese balances nicely with the tangy and spicy flavors of kimchi.

朝や軽食におすすめ！クリームチーズサンドのレシピのご紹介です！
クリームチーズって何と合わせても美味しく作れて最高ですよね♪
和風、イタリアン、そしてスイーツとバリエーション多く揃えました♡

クリームチーズサンド4選
各2人分
材料：
■しょうゆガーリックサンド
食パン（8枚切り） 2枚
クリームチーズ 50g
Aしょうゆ 小さじ1
Aガーリックパウダー 小さじ1/2
Aバター 10g
■ペッパースモークサーモンサンド
食パン（8枚切り） 2枚
クリームチーズ 50g
スモークサーモン 4枚
粗挽き黒コショウ 少々
オリーブオイル 小さじ1
ディル 適量
■ストロベリークリームサンド
食パン（8枚切り） 2枚
クリームチーズ 50g
いちご 4個
生クリーム 200ml
砂糖 10g
■ブルーベリークリームサンド
食パン（8枚切り） 2枚
クリームチーズ 50g
ブルーベリージャム 大さじ2
作り方：
1.クリームチーズ、バターを常温に戻し、クリームチーズは4等分にしておく。
2.しょうゆガーリックサンドを作る。
Aを混ぜ、食パン2枚に塗り、トースターで香ばしく焼く。
3.クリームチーズを2に挟み、ラップをしてなじませて完成！
4.ペッパースモークサーモンサンドを作る。
食パン2枚を香ばしく焼いて両方にクリームチーズを塗り、片方の食パンにスモークサーモン、ディルをのせ、粗挽き黒コショウ、オリーブオイルをかけ、もう片方で挟んで完成！
5.ストロベリークリームサンドを作る。
クリームチーズ、砂糖をなめらかになるまでホイッパーで混ぜ合わせたら、生クリームを加えて角がたつまで泡立てる。
6.食パン2枚に5を塗り、片方の食パンにはさらに対角線上にクリームを置き、その上にいちごをのせ、上に5をさらに重ねてもう片方の食パンで挟み、ラップをして冷蔵庫で冷やして完成！
7.ブルーベリークリームサンドを作る。
食パンにクリームチーズを塗り、ブルーベリージャムをのせ、もう1枚の食パンで挟んで完成！

INGREDIENTS
■ Soy Garlic Sandwich
2 slices of Bread
50g Cream cheese
A 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
A 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
A 10g Butter
■ Pepper Smoked Salmon Sandwich
2 slices of Bread
50g Cream cheese
4 pieces Smoked salmon
Coarse ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Olive oil
Dill
■ Strawberry Cream Sandwich
2 slices of Bread
50g Cream cheese
4 Strawberries
200ml Heavy cream
10g Sugar
■ Blueberry Cream Sandwich
2 slices of Bread
50g Cream cheese
2 tablespoons Blueberry jam
PREPARATION
1. Return the cream cheese and butter to room temperature.
2. Make the soy sauce garlic sandwich.
Mix A, spread on 2 slices of bread and bake in a toaster.
3. Spread cream cheese on 2 and wrap in plastic wrap to let the flavors familiarize.
4. Make the pepper smoked salmon sandwich.
Toast 2 slices of bread, spread cream cheese on both sides, put smoked salmon and dill on one side of the bread, sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper and olive oil, and sandwich it with the other to complete!
5. Make the strawberry cream sandwich.
Mix cream cheese and sugar with a spatula until smooth, then add the heavy cream and mix with a hand mixer until mounts form.
6. Spread the cheese whipped cream 5 on 2 slices of bread, place the strawberries on it, and top with more whipped cream, sandwich it with the other bread, wrap it and put it in the refrigerator. Cool and complete!
7. Make the blueberry cream sandwich.
Spread cream cheese on the bread, put blueberry jam on it, and sandwich it with another piece of bread to complete it!
8. Enjoy!

Sandwich toaster 'Hot Sand Solo'. It has been popular sandwich toaster in Japan, so I waited for 3 months after ordering on net. The secret behind the popularity of the sandwich toaster is it use only a piece of bread. It's suitable for morning or a bit hungry. This time, I cooked ham & cheese toasted sandwich, egg salad toasted sandwich and chocolate banana toasted sandwich. They are all yummy but I like chocolate banana best.
