Burger Republic là lựa chọn tốt nhất trong thời điểm hiện tại này (khi 2 đứa chưa tìm ra quán nào ngon hơn), dù giá cao hơn 1 chút so vs 1 số chỗ.
Hôm đấy C và J chỉ gọi 1 Burger Nhà Nông (120k) thôi, còn lại là đồ vặt : Bánh Churros cay (50k), Nem rán bò wagyu (70k), Thịt heo bọc mía (72k).
Burger ở đây hơi nhỏ so với một số nơi mà bọn mình từng ăn, nhưng đổi lại cực kì chất lượng, thịt nóng hổi, mềm ngọt, đúng độ tái mà J yêu cầu, thịt hun khói bên trong lát dày, thơm phức mùi khói đúng chuẩn, tăng hương vị của cái bánh lên hẳn 1 bậc 🤤 Churos bt ở TBN nhà J thì là món ngọt, nhưng ở đây là món mặn, có bột gia vị cay cay, sốt chấm cực kì ngon. Bánh rán chuẩn, giòn rụm bên ngoài, bên trong mềm tan.
2 món còn lại bọn mình ko recommend cho lắm, món thịt heo bị rán kĩ quá ăn rất khô, mất hết cả độ ngọt. Nem rán C tưởng chỉ là vỏ nem thôi còn nhân làm theo kiểu Âu, nhưng hoá ra có vị y như nem VN bt, ko có gì đặc biệt 😅

Burger Republic is our best choice for now (when we haven't found a better place), even the price is a lil bit higher than some other places.
We only ordered 1 Famer's burger (120k) and some snacks : Spicy Churos (50k), Wagyu Rolls (70k), Piggy Sticks (72k).
The burger in here was pretty small, but in exchange the quality was really nice. The beef patty was on point - medium rare like J asked for but steaming hot, so juicy, thick cut of bacon with amazing smoky aroma 🤤 Normally, Churros in Spain is a sweet dish, but in here they elevated it into a savory and spicy snack, crunchy on the outside, soft and creamy on the in side, we liked the sauce a lot too.
The other 2 dishes we don't recommend them, pork sticks were over-cooked, too dry, the rolls we thought it would be made in European style, but actually it was just like a normal VNmese spring rolls, nothing special 😅

You can add seafood if you like. You can use any vegetables available in your fridge. Take it easy. It is a delicious lifesaver dish super quick to prepare 👍

Ankake Yakisoba (Fried Noodles with Thick Savory Sauce Recipe)
Difficulty: Easy
Time:20min
Number of servings: 2 servings
Ingredients:
2 servings Yakisoba noodles
150g (5.2oz.) thin sliced pork
150g (5.2oz.) baby bok choy
150g (5.2oz.) vegetables of your choice (onion, bean sprouts, carrot, mushrooms, etc...)
* 1 tsp. chicken broth powder
* 2 tsp. oyster sauce
* 1 tsp. soy sauce
salt and pepper
cooking oil
1 tbsp. Katakuriko (corn starch is ok)
1 tsp. sesame oil
Directions:
1. Cut the meat and vegetables into bite-size pieces.
2. Heat 1 tbsp. of cooking oil in a frying pan and cook the noodles 3 minutes each on both sides until crisp golden. Place them on serving plates.
3. Heat 1 tbsp. of cooking oil in a frying pan and cook the meat until crisp golden. Add the vegetables and cook until tender. Add 1 US cup (240ml) of water, then add chicken broth powder, oyster sauce, and soy sauce.
4. Bring to a boil, stop the heat, and add starch diluted with double the amount of water. Heat again until thick. Stop the heat and finish with sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
5. Cover the noodles with Ankake sauce to serve.
