過程：
大家好！我是112大學已經畢業快兩年的碩士畢業生（校友），目前正在服研發替代役，
我碩班的研究領域；
-免疫螢光判斷/預測癌症藥物成效-
其實當初會接觸到這個研究主題是誤打誤撞的！
其中牽扯到很多的生化pathway，可以說，實驗室沒有人實際懂這些！
所有關於pathway的所有機制幾乎都是我與老師、學姐及醫生反覆討論，慢慢上手的！
（我相信在我們的實驗室裡可說是前無古人可參考
最後，因為在論文口試時，醫師說了句很建議去投稿國外期刊！
（因為在我研究的領域中，雖說有一些文章過去也已研究同一主題，但卻常是無法規納出
一個很好的依循論點，亦或是兩篇文章結果互相打架！醫師覺得我的內容與實驗或許可讓
其他同領域的研究人員一個很好的參考/論點！）
從開始投稿到現在，整個時間剛好滿1.5年！
經過四次不同期刊的3-7天reject,
第五次投稿到Scientific Reports ，原以為會快些，但………整整四個月沒動靜！
跟老師討論後，寫了封很有禮貌的信件詢問！
之後，終於進入reviewer階段！
一審結果：大修（major revision) ,限30天內回覆
我覺得reviewer真的很一針見血，馬上就提出文章研究結果與目前臨床文獻整個顛倒的問
題！
（當然還有其他大大小小的技術問題）
這個問題其實我在跟學姐內部討論的時侯就已經知道了！詢問過醫師後，我們便設計一個
實驗去證明我們結果的正確性，並充份討論有什麼因素會影響過去的臨床研究結果！之後
，進入二審！
二審結果：大修（major revision)，限30天內回覆
（但實質感覺像小修）
這次reviewer感覺對我們有比較肯定了！Reviewer也表示他很希望能幫助我們把文章用好
提交！
除了建議一些文句上的修改外（占大宗）
Reviewer提供了幾篇文獻，請我們參考並再次對我們的研究目的提出質疑！（難的來了）
我真的覺得如何回覆reviewer這件事真的蠻難的！也看的出reviewer 真的是這方面的專
家！
而每一次的回覆，都覺得我把我的文章內容都給重寫了一遍！然後再次地去查相關的文獻
資料及回學校找老師討論！
最後我們反而用Reviewer 提出的文獻中的反例，與其他查的資料，用理性分析的方式，
去回應reviewer的疑慮！
（OS:搞臨床好難，尤其是PFS與OS結果剛好顛倒的狀況下）
再次，提出三審！
終於，在昨天，Accept了！！！
真的覺得不容易啊，這一年半的日子！
因爲我平時要當兵上班，要回學校繼續找老師討論還要利用晚上時間！在處理期刊的同時
也要兼顧到工作進度！
老師及學姐們也都辛苦了！
