Q：為什麼金針菇又叫明天見？
不少人吃火鍋時，喜歡加金針菇，但為什麼它在隔天上廁所時，又原封不動的出現在馬桶裡面？

金針菇本身有一種結構紮實的「幾丁質」多醣體，它是組成蝦、蟹等甲殼類動物殼的主要成分。


「幾丁質」多醣體至少要攝氏390度以上，才有可能被分解。
因此人類的腸胃才會沒辦法把金針菇給分解消化，
所以金針菇很容易成為明天見。

如果不想明天再見到金針菇，建議吃金針菇的時候，不要馬上吞下去，一定要細嚼慢嚥，或是烹調前就先切段，減少明天見的機會。

除了金針菇以外，韭菜、玉米等高纖維食物，
都有可能是「See You Tomorrow」。
