I tell you, this bank = daylight robbery
Stay away.

Dear SC,
The latest statement received shows that I am charged RM13.44 even when I have made full payment by the due date. I hope you can check why is this happening. I have already inquired through your online help live chat with Hazel on 5th Nov at around 2.45pm who said I should make payment minus cashback to my principal account.
To my knowledge, I have already paid in full by due date so please explain how the interest came about again.
Regards,
Tammy

Standard Chartered Reply:
Dear Ms.Lim,
Thank you for your e-mail dated 19th November 2018.
Please be advised that the payment for your credit cards needs to be made individually and not together.
The cashback was credited to credit card number ending 3774 and the payment made for credit card ending 2451 was short of RM 100 hence that is why you have been charged with interest.
You will need to request for us to transfer the credit balance to the credit card that has an outstanding in order for you to make the payment lesser than the total amount.
We hope the above clarifies.
Should you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact our 24-hour Client Care Hotline at 1-300-888-888 or +603-77118888 (if you are calling from overseas)
