When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. six way的文章 於是興沖沖的就買了
可是爬了板上的文
感覺板上大大不太推
本人覺得讀起來
比起學校給的雜誌是有點簡單
所以想知道
這本對於學測的幫助大不大?
另外我現在念英文的方式是
看文章>看到不會的單字查
>在重頭看>看到不會的在查
>一直反反覆覆
到整篇文章不用查
就可以全數看懂為止
就不打算背單字了
這樣的念法有需要改進的地方嗎?
小弟不才 望大大們指教
