Job Description
As a Warehouse Associate at Trove Brands, you will coordinate the receiving, preparation, and shipping of product. You’ll play an integral role in the efficiency of our inbound and outbound supply chain.
But that’s not all.

As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll be expected to be a leader in all aspects of the Fulfillment Team's job duties. You’ll apply your relentless drive and strong work ethic to encourage solid production numbers from yourself, as well as from others. While every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole, your specific responsibilities will include:
• Direct the general fulfillment of orders by example
• Strategize inbound receiving procedures
• Lead varying warehouse team projects, ensuring maximum group efficiency
• Manage warehouse organization, general cleanliness, and safety procedures
• Verify outbound shipments and coordinate documents to guarantee vendor compliance

So many criticising Ole on the line up. I disagree for those who wants to see Sancho and Varane starting the game.
Sancho is not ready. Fitness wise. He cant last 90 mins. Might risk to injury. And if he played when he’s not at his fittest and didn’t perform, media and haters will give him a hard time.
Varane is another case. It’s his first week of training with the squad. All eyes on him. So give another 1-2 (max) games before he take his place next to Maguire. I reckon Varane and Sancho are going to start the next game 🤞🏽
Ole gave chance for Martial to shine. He didn’t take his chance and he didn’t contribute enough. Next game he will be on the bench.
Mctominay have a slight injury concern. For precaution, Ole played Matic. And Matic was below average. He’s not mobile enough and he didn’t set the tempo right from the back. Not solid like Scottie last week.
Fred didn’t carry his last week form to this week. Maybe he’ll still play or maybe van de Beek will start. We’ll see. Don’t be shock if Ole starts Lingard next week. I think Jesse in raring to go. Ole is giving a fair chance to all the players. They should have taken the chance well.
Last but not least, it’s still very early in the season. The squad will improve as days goes by. Just hope that they will be no major injuries to our key players. It’s going to be a long and tough season ahead. Win, Lose or Draw, I’m still UNITED till the end.

🧐 The lack of scepticism deployed on social media with regards to fitness is quite bonkers. If you found out someone who had been advising you on how to get to rich had been handed $1mil to start their portfolio, would their advice feel as relevant to you?

I know plenty of people in good shape who haven’t got a fucking clue why or how other than that it requires some effort 🤷🏻♂️ The reason they’ve got a bigger chest than their other friend who works out? “Oh, my chest workouts are INNNSANNNEE” and not “I’ve got a large rib cage & good insertions + I train pushing movements often”. Thankfully most of them aren’t coaches, but there are plenty online selling their magical programs or providing advice with no context.

I could have easily been one of them. Once we hit puberty, my siblings & I were all slim and had solid intuitive eating habits having grown up in an essentially sugar-free, junkfood-free household. I was just a “hard-gainer”, not helped by preferring a nutrient-dense diet. Eating enough pizzas and spending enough hours in the gym would probably have given me a physique that convinced people I knew everything necessary to help them. In reality it would have equipped me to help no one other than myself (and barely).

Likewise with a coach who has shown an ability to get results with either a wide range of clients or a large number of clients with a similar profile to yourself. Keep in mind that coaches who only train the genetically gifted (like athletes) end up with a comically poor perspective on what the general population need and their $19.99 programs will probably display that. New mums taking training advice from some 22 year old failed college athlete turned callisthenics advocate might want to re-think.

Genetics aren’t to be used as a means of discrediting someone’s achievements or justifying someone’s lack thereof, but they should not be discounted when assuming someone’s personal results warrant taking their advice.

35-Minute Total Body Strength Training with Dumbbells | Joanna Soh
In order to get stronger, lean up and lose weight, you have to lift weights! Strength training will NOT make you bulky, but rather it will help to increase your metabolism, making your body burn fat more efficiently and to give you that toned and sculpted look. I perform strength training at least 3 - 4 times weekly and you should too.
This workout is a total body strength training using a pair of medium weight dumbbells, between 4 - 5kgs each. If you can lift heavier, then do choose a heavier pair of dumbbells to challenge your muscles. The technique used in this workout is called SUPERSET, that means we will be doing 2 exercises back to back with minimal rest in between. We'll be targeting your legs, butt, arms, chest, back and also abs! This workout is mainly low impact, with a short cardio blaster at the end of each circuit to drive your heart rate up. Only 35 minutes, but you'll be getting a solid full body workout!
Circuit: 6 rounds, repeat each round twice.
Sequence: 40 secs Work - 20 secs Rest
Duration: 35 minutes

2) Curtsy Lunge
Cardio: Squat Jump
SUPERSET 2
1) Hammer Curl to Shoulder Press
2) L Raises

This is a low impact knee friendly workout suitable for beginners or anyone with previous injuries. I've created the workout with modifications, so you won't be doing any squats or lunges. You know your own body best, so feel free to increase or reduce the intensity of the workout.
If you are feeling strong, repeat the entire video once more to make this a solid 30-minute workout!
