光波爐慳家大法芝士肉醬意粉:
材料:
急凍豬柳1條
香甜蕃茄醬1罐
意粉
茄汁
芝士
牛油2片
處理:
1. 豬柳,連包裝袋,清水解凍。
2. 豬柳已解凍,用粗鹽乸15分鐘。
3. 豬柳已醃15分鐘,清水沖淨。
4. 豬柳切一舊舊,放入碎肉機。每10秒停一停,重覆1次,就可以了。
5. 豬肉調味:
a. 胡椒粉少許
b. 生粉2茶匙,攪勻
c. 鮑魚汁2茶匙
d. 生抽2茶匙
e. 油3茶匙
攪勻
6. 煲滾1鑊水,扇形放意粉,大火煮滾,轉慢火煮5分鐘,擎乾水。
7. 放入電飯煲,加入牛油,攪勻。
8. 加入半支茄汁,及糖1湯匙,攪勻,放入電飯煲,用“超快煮”功能。
9. 中火在鑊中燒熱1湯匙油。
10. 放豬肉爆香。
11. 加入香甜蕃茄及1罐清水。
12. 夾起意粉,放肉醬在意粉上。
13. 放芝士。
烹調:
1. 光波爐用250度,焗10分鐘。
2. 完成。
Bolognese spaghetti with halogen cooking pot:
Ingredients:
Frozen pork loin 1 No.
Sweet tomato 1 can
Spaghetti
Tomato ketchup
Cheese
Butter 2 slices
Preparation:
1. Pork loin, defrost with package bag in tap water.
2. Pork loin has been defrosted. Season with cooking salt for 15 minutes.
3. Pork loin, has been seasoned for 15 minutes, rinse with tap water.
4. Pork loin, cut into pieces, put into blender. Blend for 10 seconds, stop for a while. Repeat once more. It will be alright.
1. Season the pork:
a. Pepper little
b. Tapioca starch 2 tsp, mix well.
c. Abalone sauce 2 tsp
d. Light soya sauce 2 tsp
e. Oil 3 tsp
Mix well.
6. Boil up a pot of water, put spaghetti. Wait for boiling up. Turn to medium~low flame. Boil for 5 minutes. Hang dry.
7. Put spaghetti into rice cooker. Mix well with butter.
8. Mix spaghetti well with half bottle of tomato ketchup and sugar 1 tbsp. Then pour into rice cooker. Use "super~quick" cooking function.
9. Heat up 1 tbsp oil at medium flame in wok.
10. Fry the pork.
11. Add sweet tomato with 1 can of water.
12. Pick up the spaghetti, put meat sauce on top of spaghetti.
13. Put cheese.
Steps:
1. Halogen cooking pot, bake spaghetti at 250 C for 10 minutes.
2. Complete. Serve.
