In the mood for some cold cuts and cheeses? Make your way to Deli Menue, a new venture by Le Venue that focuses in offering some of the finest cold cuts and cheeses imported by the proprietor directly from Europe. Like a classic deli, there is a counter in the restaurant that displays the available products- from exquisite cheeses to seemingly lavish hams, Jamon Serrano, Salami etc. Making it merrier is that Deli Menue also carries imported brands for Pasta (like De Cecco), various uncommon spices and dips (like White Truffle Oil, Spanish canned Sardines, Olives etc). While the meat variety is impressive, the restaurant has a fully functional kitchen that churns out delicious main dishes as well (Pasta, grills, Burgers etc). Don't be taken aback by the potential damage though, the price range at Deli Menue is surprisingly affordable.

哈囉!大家好,我是 Cassandre, 今天的『食不相瞞』,我們要跟大家分享一道非常適合在汗流浹背的夏天享用的開胃前菜:西班牙番茄冷湯 (Gazpacho, Andalusian Gazpacho, Gazpacho Andaluz)。
西班牙有很多知名的料理,蕃茄冷湯就是其中一個代表。這道料理源自於西班牙南部的安達盧西亞(Andalusia),因位處地中海地區,每到了夏季就變得非常炎熱,剛好此時是蕃茄的盛產期,因此在飯前食用冷湯,不僅暑氣全消,胃口也醒過來了,最重要的是完全不用進廚房開火,所以很受當地人喜愛。
西班牙冷湯的做法簡單,多數的工作都在砧板上就可以完成了,是典型的夏季湯品。有趣的是,中式料理有涼麵或涼拌菜,卻少見冷湯的縱跡,也因此喝第一口時可能會有點不習慣,因此建議初次品嚐可以搭著麵包享用。在這集的影片裡,我們採用了安達盧西亞以番茄為湯底的經典食譜,由於是使用生鮮蔬果,建議使用有機的食材來製作哦!想要試試地中海的夏日食譜的朋友,千萬不要錯過這集影片哦。:-)
美好的事物值得等待。雖然剛做好的番茄冷湯的確讓人忍不住喝上幾口,但冷藏幾個小時讓味道釋放,等待所有滋味融為一體才是王道。時間不但能孕育美味,也能讓冷湯達到恰到好處的冰涼口感。「這湯就要喝『冷』的,」
西班牙冷湯擺放隔夜滋味更飽滿,因此提前一天做好也行。

西班牙番茄冷湯 怎麼作呢?
下面是西班牙冷湯的做法與食譜:
☞ 這份食譜可製作 4~5 份, 150ml/杯
✎ 材料 / Ingredients
(建議使用有機蔬果)
番茄 420g, 可混搭牛番茄跟聖女小番茄
大黃瓜 75g (也可以小黃瓜替代)
青椒 35g
紅椒 35g
紫洋蔥 20g
一小瓣大蒜 2g
隔夜老麵包 2片 (約22g)
初榨橄欖油 12g (約1.5 tbsp)
雪莉醋 12g (約1tbsp, sherry vinegar)
鹽 適量
一小撮黑胡椒
香蒜麵包塊 適量
✎ 做法 / Instructions
1. 將隔夜老麵包切成小塊,備用
2. 青椒去蒂頭,再去籽並切除白色的芯,切成小塊;紅椒也是去蒂頭,再去籽並切除白色的芯,切成小塊
3. 紫洋蔥切成小塊
4. 大蒜去頭去皮,切成小片狀
5. 大黃瓜去蒂頭並削去外皮,切成小片
6. 番茄切掉蒂頭,切成小塊
7. 將以上的食材放入料理機裡,也可以用果汁機或均質機來攪打至很滑順細緻,若容量較小,可以分次操作
8. 把老麵包放進湯裡,稍微浸在湯裡,然後倒上初榨橄欖油、鹽、黑胡椒以及雪莉醋,打之前先確認麵包已經泡軟,要打到所有食材都融合成順滑綿稠
9. 可以品嚐一下味道,做最後的調味
10. 打好的冷湯可以冰過再喝,若喜歡口感細緻一點,可使用一個粗目的濾網篩去番茄皮與籽籽,然後送進冰箱(冰櫃)放涼過夜,或最少 3-4 個小時,建議要冷藏數個小時或過夜,讓食材的味道釋放,所有滋味融為一體會更美味
11. 來做香蒜麵包塊,把法國麵包切成一口大小
12. 大蒜切成細末,加入橄欖油浸泡一下,然後淋在麵包塊上,充份拌勻
13. 將麵包舖在烤盤上,用黑胡椒跟帕瑪森起士起士調味,也可用一點鹽來調味
14. 烤箱預熱 170C,烘烤 12-14 分鐘或呈現金黃色
15. 出爐的香蒜麵包塊放涼備用
16. 享用時,可以用杯子或碗來盛裝番茄冷湯,可以像西班牙人那樣丟一兩顆冰塊到湯裡,然後再佐以番茄碎、黃瓜、香蒜麵包塊來享用,別忘了再淋一小匙初榨橄欖油更有滋味哦

Hello friends! Today we're going to show you how to make Spanish classic chilled soup for summer: Gazpacho(and yes, it's vegan ❤️ ).
Gazpacho is one of the best known Spanish dishes. It originates from the South of Spain, the Andalusia area. In there, most gazpacho recipes include stale bread, tomato, cucumbers, onion, green bell pepper, garlic, olive oil, sherry vinegar, water, and salt. Especially during hot summer days, cold gazpacho is ideally to enjoy as an appetizer.
Today, gazpacho has different varieties. But in this video, we wanna show you the most popular and classic tomato based version. Served cold and enjoy with homemade croutons, it’s so good in summer. Enjoy. :)

How to make Spanish Gazpacho Soup,
Spanish Gazpacho cold Soup Recipe
☞ Yield: 4~5 servings, 150ml/cup
✎ Ingredients
beef tomatoes & cherry tomatoes 420g
cucumber 75g
green bell pepper, 35g
red bell pepper, 35g
red onion 20g
garlic 2g
old bread 2 slices (22g)
olive oil 12g (1.5 tbsp)
sherry vinegar 12g (1tbsp, vinagre de Jerez)
salt Q.S.
a pinch of black pepper
homemade croutons Q.S.
Instructions
1. Cut the baguette slices into small pieces. Set aside.
2. Slice off the stem-end of the green bell pepper, remove the ribs, veins and seeds away, then cut into small pieces. Repeat the process for red bell pepper.
3. Cut the onion into thin slices.
4. Cut off the root end, and peel the skin from the clove. Slice the clove into thin pieces.
5. Cut off the stems of cucumber, then peel the skin and slice into a platter.
6. Cut the tomato in half, and remove the stem and core. Cut the tomato into small wedges.
7. Place the tomatoes, peppers, onion, garlic into a food processor or blender, blend until very smooth.
8. Add baguette bread and
soak completely with vegetable puree until soft. Season with salt and black pepper, drizzle olive oil as you like, and add the sherry vinegar. Cover the lid and blend until well combined.
9. Taste and adjust the seasoning as necessary. 10. Strain the mixture through a strainer, pushing all the liquid through with a spatula and discard the solids. Chill until very cold for hours or overnight.
11. Cut the baguette in half, then cut in half lengthwise and slice into bite-size. Set aside.
12. Mince garlic. Combine olive oil and minced garlic, and then drizzle (the bread) with oil evenly.
13. Place the breads onto a baking sheet. Season with black pepper and Parmesan. If you like, you can season with salt.
14. Preheat oven to 170C, bake for 12-14 mins or golden brown.
15. Remove the croutons from oven, let cool.
16. To serve, pour gazpacho into a cup or a bowl, put some ice cubes, garnish with tomatoes, chopped cucumber, homemade croutons and a drizzle of olive oil.

1/2 green pepper

1/2 cucumber strips
A few pieces bread
1 tomato
4~5 small tomatoes
1 garlic cloves
250ml olive oil
250ml clear chicken soup
50ml red wine vinegar
CUMIN powder 1 tsp
Rose rock salt 1 tsp

洋蔥1/4個
青椒1/2個
紅甜椒1/2個
小黃瓜1/2條
麵包幾塊
大蕃茄1顆
小蕃茄4~5個
蒜瓣1個
橄欖油250ml
清雞湯250ml
50ml紅酒醋
CUMIN 粉1小匙
玫塊鹽1小匙
黑胡椒適量
步驟:
1.將食材切塊、切片
2.加幾片法棍或歐包的麵包切小塊,將上面的材料放進果汁機
3.加入初榨橄欖油, 高湯及紅酒醋
4.撒上Cumin粉(風味),加點玫瑰鹽,黑胡椒適量
4.打好均勻的冷湯可以過濾湯渣讓口感滑順
