4 hoạt động để tinh thần luôn tích cực mùa giãn cách

Tình hình dịch bệnh căng thẳng quá nên chỉ có thể ở nhà thôi. Mùa dịch ở nhà làm gì cho đỡ chán? Đây có lẽ là câu hỏi của tất cả mọi người khi không biết phải làm gì để tạo hứng thú cho chính bản thân mình. Nhưng không khó gì đâu vì niềm vui và sự tích cực đến từ chính chúng ta mà. Hãy thử một vài hoạt động này với mình xem có hiệu quả không nhá 🤔

1. Dọn nhà đi, dọn nhà đi nào

Dạo này lướt mạng thấy có một phương pháp để nhà cửa luôn sạch sẽ, không có đồ lộn xộn mà chúng ta có thể học hỏi và áp dụng đó là “thần chú": Đừng đặt xuống, hãy cất đi. Thử ngay với những đồ vật nhỏ như quần áo, điều khiển, vỏ hộp lon... Một không gian sống sạch sẽ đem lại cho chúng ta một sức khỏe tốt. Tâm trạng của bạn sẽ cảm thấy tốt hơn nếu được sống trong ngôi nhà sạch sẽ, không lộn xộn đó.

2. Đọc sách nhiều hơn 📖

Giãn cách xã hội, ngoài việc nằm lướt mạng xã hội cả ngày tại sao không lấy 1 cuốn sách ra đọc nhỉ? Đảm bảo rằng nhà các bác ai chả có ít nhất 1 cuốn sách :)) cho dù là đọc rồi thì đọc lại cũng không sao cả nhà, càng tốt, càng thấm. Đọc sách giúp chúng ta kích thích não bộ, làm giảm tốc độ của bệnh Alzheimer đấy. Nếu không thể ra ngoài để mua sách mới thì mọi người thử lướt Tiki tìm xem, trên Tiki nhiều sách hay cực kỳ luôn. Đợt giãn cách có nhiều thời gian nên mình cũng đọc sách nhiều hơn. Chia sẻ nhỏ với cả nhà 3 cuốn sách mình đang cày mùa dịch này

3. Nghe Podcast

Mọi người thử nghe Podcast bao giờ chưa? Nên thử đi nha. Tiện nhất có thể vừa nghe vừa nấu cơm, vừa nghe vừa giặt đồ, mà đi tắm cũng nghe được luôn vì chỉ có mỗi tiếng mà không có hình :)) Nếu còn lúng túng thì mình gợi ý cho cả nhà mấy kênh mà mình hay nghe này: 6 Minute English, Ellen On The Go, The English We Speak,... Những lúc rảnh mở Podcast lên nghe, những cuộc phỏng vấn ở các kênh này với cấu trúc câu hỏi đáp giúp bạn dễ dàng theo dõi. Còn học được cả cách nhấn nhá khi nói và 1 chút thủ thuật làm sao để trả lời câu hỏi được tự tin hơn. Và nhớ là đừng quên note lại mấy câu mà hay xuất hiện nhiều lần, đảm bảo nhớ nhanh và lâu hơn đấy 👍🏻

4. Bỏ điện thoại xuống, đứng dậy và tập thể dục thôi 🏃🏻‍♂🏃🏻‍♀️

Dịch như này các bác có lười tập thể dục không? Tôi biết chắc chắn là lười =)) Thử một vài cách sau đây nhé, đảm bảo hết ì người lại còn khỏe nữa: 1 là chọn cho mình 1 hình mẫu nào đó có body đẹp rồi phấn đấu, nhìn vào đó hàng ngày để học hỏi. 2 là đừng nằm nữa, đứng dậy tập đi thôi. Squat với bình nước, hít đất... cho các bạn thích tập nặng. Còn nhẹ nhàng thì nhảy dây, xoay cổ tay cổ chân. Nhớ nguyên tắc, cứ 30 phút ngồi hoặc nằm bấm điện thoại, máy tính là đứng dậy tập vài động tác nhé.

Lạc quan, vui vẻ lên chứ vì chúng ta vẫn còn được ở nhà, được an toàn mà. Vì vậy, cần gì thì cứ để Tiki giao đến chứ đừng ra ngoài nha cả nhà ơiiiiii 🥰

1) -like（〜のような）
=================================
　
-likeは、口語的に「～のような」「～みたいな」と言う時に使われる表現で、日本語と同じように、名詞の語尾にlikeを加えると名詞が形容詞になります。例えば、childは「子供」という意味の名詞ですが、likeを加えてchildlikeとすれば、「子供のような」という形容詞になります。
　
＜例文＞
　
Sometimes she talks in a childlike tone.
（彼女は時々、子供のような口調で話します。）
　
He took the day off today. He said he has flu-like symptoms.
（彼はインフルエンザのような症状があると言って今日は休みました。）
　
I’m not sure what it was. It was a lizard-like creature.
（あれが何だったのかよく分かりません。トカゲのような生物でした。）

2) Start out with（〜から始める）
=================================
　
Start out with…は「〜から始める」という意味の表現です。Start with…と意味は同じですが、start out withの方がより口語的な響きがあります。
　
＜例文＞
　
Let’s start out with some stretching exercises.
（ストレッチから始めましょう。）
　
I started out with NHK radio. Now I listen to the podcast.
（私はNHKラジオからスタートをしました。今はポッドキャストを聞いています。）
　
I always start my day out with a cup of coffee.
（いつも1杯のコーヒーから1日をスタートします。）

3) Up until（〜まで）
=================================
　
Up untilは「〜まで」を表す表現です。Untilだけでも同じ意味ですが、up untilの方がより口語的なニュアンスがあります。
　
✔より強調したい場合は、right up untilのように、rightを加えましょう。
　
＜例文＞
　
Up until three years ago, I couldn’t speak any English.
（3年前までは、全く英語が話せませんでした。）
　
Everything was working perfectly fine up until now.
（これまでは全てうまくいっていたのですが。）
　
We were working right up until the deadline.
（私たちは締め切りギリギリまで働いていました。）

4) Pick up（普及する）
=================================
　
Pick upは状況に応じていろいろな意味を持つフレーズですが、今日の会話では、ビジネスが「軌道に乗る」、ファッションやトレンドが「普及する」という意味で使用されています。物事や状況がだんだんと好転したり勢いづいていくニュアンスがあります。
　
＜例文＞
　
Credit cards and electronic money is finally starting to pick up in Japan.
（クレジットカードや電子マネーが、やっと日本で普及し始めました。）
　
I feel like the Japanese economy has been picking up lately.
（最近、日本の景気が良くなってきているように感じます。）
　
Up until last month, business was really slow but it’s been picking up lately.
（先月までは業績不振でしたが、最近は活気づいてきました。）

5) Blast（ガンガン〜する）
=================================
　
Blastは音楽やテレビの音量を上げてガンガン鳴らしたり、エアコンを強力に効かせることを意味する口語表現です。ポイントは、必要以上に音量を上げたり、極端な温度設定をすることです。
　
＜例文＞
　
Our neighbor was blasting their music all night. It was so noisy.
（隣人が一晩中、音楽をガンガン鳴らしていて、すごくうるさかった。）
　
Why is the AC on full blast? It’s freezing.
（何でエアコン全開なの？めっちゃ寒いよ。）
　
I used to blast music in my car when I was young.
