Pumpkin pie with crispy marshmallow top
Made with Gemini X Disney Tsum Tsum Combi Oven

350g 南瓜蓉 pumpkin purée (canned 罐頭又得自己蒸五百克南瓜都得or made fresh from steaming 500g pumpkin for 45 mins and then purée-ing)
2 大雞蛋 large eggs
100g 花奶 evaporated milk
20-50g 白糖 sugar
1/8 teaspoon 薑粉 ginger powder
1/8 teaspoon 玉桂粉cinnamon powder
1 現成tart 皮 digestive biscuit tart base or any tarts base you like
1 pack 棉花糖 marshmallows
Preheat oven at 180C. 將焗爐預熱180度
撈晒啲材料 except 棉花糖跟住倒落個 tart 皮 Mix the pumpkin purée, eggs, milk, sugar, ginger abs cinnamon powder together. Then pour into the tart base.
Make for 40 minutes 焗40分鐘
攞出嚟跟住放啲棉花糖想去Line the top with marshmallows and bake at 150C for 10-15 minutes. Check every 5 minutes. 用150度焗10至15分鐘. 每5分鐘check吓睇睇佢有冇燒燶.

Here’s an interesting recipe - something that hails from the Philippines! For those wondering, Chicken Adobo is a Filipino stew cooked using the ‘inadobo’ style. Inadobo cooking normally entails cooking with vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic.
It is said that every household have their own "secret recipe" and this is the Meatmen's take on Chicken Adobo.
Stewed to perfection, this dish goes great with a bowl of steaming rice (or two!) Add pan-fried potato, quail eggs and spring onions based on your preferences!

Chinese style pork chop with tomato eggs leeks and steaming 🍚
This is my go to recipe for pork chops. My parents always squeezed loads of ginger juice into the marinade and it’s key for making them taste so good. And if you have time, use the back of your knife or a meat mallet to give the pork chops a good bashing to tenderise it. Whenever I’ve skipped both these steps (to save time or being pure lazy) the pork chops are never as good.
Recipe:
x4 pork chops
2” piece of ginger
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp shaoxing wine
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp garlic powder
1/2tsp white pepper
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp oil, for frying
Directions:
1. Using a teaspoon, scrap the skin off the ginger. Slice ginger and then julienne. Use the back of the knife to bash the ginger to release some of the juice. Set aside
2. Using the back of a knife or a meat mallet, smash the pork chops really well to tenderise the whole chop. Once done transfer them into a deep bowl
3. Add soya sauce, oyster sauce, shaoxing wine, sesame oil, salt, garlic powder, white pepper, sugar, cornflour and oil to the pork chop. Scoop up the ginger and using your hands, try to squeeze as much of the ginger juice all over the pork chop. Then dice all the ginger finely and add to the bowl of pork chop. Mix the chops with all the ingredients so they are well marinaded
4. Heat a frying pan on height heat and add 2tbsp of oil. Lay all 4 pork chops in the pan and fry on high heat for 4 minutes. After 4 minutes, flip the pork chops over to the other side, turn heat down to medium and continue to fry for another 6 minutes. If you have any marinade left in the bowl, add it to the frying pan now
5. Once the pork chops are thoroughly cooked through, dish up and serve with steaming rice. It’s also great in a crusty roll to make a Macau style pork chop bun!

LUNCH - Asian Salmon Stir Fry (serves 2)
1) 1 Salmon Fillet, cut into cubes
2) 1/2 cup Green Beans, trimmed & sliced
3) 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
4) 2 garlic Cloves, minced
5) 1 tbsp. Soy Sauce, divided
6) 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
7) Spring Onions, chopped
Soba Noodles & Edamame Salad (Serves 2)
1) 90g uncooked soba noodles
2) 1/4 cup Edamame, unshelled
3) 1/2 tbsp. Sesame Seeds
4) 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
5) 1 tsp. Chilli Flakes
6) Spring Onions
TOTAL LUNCH CALORIES - 470Cals
DINNER - Steamed Soy Ginger Barramundi (serves 2)
1) 1 Barramundi Fillet (about 12oz), or other white fish of your choice
2) 1/4 cup Ginger, finely sliced
3) 1/4 cup Spring Onions, sliced
4) 2 Small Chillies, chopped
5) 1 tsp. Sesame Oil
6) 1 tsp. Soy Sauce
Stir-Fried Mixed Vegetables (serves 3)
1) 1 Head Broccoli, cut into florets
2) 1 Carrot, thinly sliced
3) 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
4) 2 Garlic Cloves
5) 1/2 tsp. Sesame Oil
6) 1/2 tsp. Soy Sauce
7) 1/2 tsp. Chili flakes
Total Dinner Calories (including 1 bowl of white rice) - 500Cals

ด้วยเทคนิคการตุ๋นด้วยไฟต่ำ ทำให้ไข่ตุ๋นสไตล์ญี่ปุ่นมีเนื้อสัมผัสที่เนียนนุ่มเหมือนคัสตาร์ด สูตรนี้ใช้ส่วนผสมของน้ำนมข้าวโพดเป็นส่วนประกอบ ทำให้ไข่ตุ๋นมีรสของข้าวโพด ราดหน้ามาด้วยซอสแฮมข้าวโพด
-ไข่ตุ๋นน้ำข้าวโพด-
ไข่ไก่ 2 ฟอง
ชิโรดาชิ 2 ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำนมข้าวโพด 180 มิลลิลิตร
-หน้าข้าวโพด-
ข้าวโพดต้มสุก 5 ช้อนโต๊ะ
แฮม (หั่นเต๋า) 20 กรัม
ชิโรดาชิ 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
น้ำสะอาด 90 มิลลิลิตร
แป้งข้าวโพด 1 ช้อนชา
1. ตั้งลังถึงสำหรับนึ่ง ตีไข่ไก่ กับชิโรดาชิ และน้ำนมข้าวโพดให้เข้ากันดี แล้วกรองให้เนียน นำส่วนผสมใส่ภาชนะที่ทนความร้อนได้ นึ่งในลังถึงด้วยความร้อนต่ำเป็นเวลา 20 นาที
2. ในระหว่างนึ่งไข่ตุ๋น ทำซอส โดยใส่ทุกอย่างลงในหม้อ ตั้งไฟ คนให้สุก และข้นขึ้น
3. ราดหน้าไข่ตุ๋นด้วยซอสข้าวโพดแฮม รับประทานร้อนๆ
- Corn Chawanmushi -
This steam egg is pretty corny with corn milk infused into egg and topped with sticky ham and corn sauce.
Corn Chawanmushi
Eggs 2
Shiro Dashi 2 tbsp
Corn Milk 180 ml
Corn&Ham Sauce
Corn Kernels 5 tbsp
Ham (Diced) 20 g
Shiro Dashi 1 tbsp
Water 90 ml
Corn Starch 1 tsp
1. Preheat a steamer while beating the eggs lightly, then add corn milk and shiro dashi. Mix and strain the mixture through a strainer. Divide the mixture into heatproof containers and steam over low heat for 20 minutes.
2. While the egg is steaming, mix all of the sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until the sauce is thickened and translucent.
3. Pour the sauce over chawanmushi and serve hot.
