Please check out @qlips.tv ☺️ One by one i string them. It takes me 45 minutes to string a bracelet cox the holes on the beads are really tiny. But many tiny little efforts make a big one. To sit with?

1. Blocks or Meditation Cushion

2. Malas
My teachers in the teacher training gifted me a rose quartz mala last year. Mala is a string of beads, with different gems or crystal with different meaning. It holds so much energy. Wear it for your spiritual practice.
