2) 26/7 Sun 11AM or 5PM (TBC by Thurs) - Full Body Power Yoga
這兩課 Zoom Class 是免費的，畢竟這是我首次開 Zoom，也想看看效果怎樣。但如果你有心幫助受疫情第三波爆發影響的基層人士，也可以隨心捐款，我會把這兩課的全數收益捐給香港小童群益會。🙌🏽💖
想辦 Charity Class 的想法已萌生好久，只是一直想不到要把收益捐到那個機構，感覺大機構總是把錢用在營運上。
選香港小童群益會的原因是我從小學已認識十多年的朋友在此機構當社工，我對她很信任，她也跟我介紹很清楚在疫情爆發初期到現在，他們把收到的善款都用作口罩及消毒用品等物質上，派發有需要人士。所以我相信，她一定能把我們的捐款用在妥善的地方。
捐款是自願性質的，如果你不方便或是想從另外的途徑幫助他人也沒關係！未能上課但有興趣捐款的朋友也可以聯絡我啊！我保證會把你的善心好好轉達給有需要的人。

My first two Zoom sessions are FREE OF CHARGE. 🙌🏽 However, if you’d like to give a helping hand to local grassroots families who can’t afford surgical masks and other hygiene supplies, you can consider donating the class fee to The Boys' & Girls' Clubs Association of Hong Kong.
Why BGCA? The idea of doing charity class has been in my mind for long but I couldn’t find a right organization to donate to as I always feel like the big NGOs only use the money for operations instead of helping those in need. A friend of mine, who I’ve known her for more than 10 years, is a social worker in BGCA. I trust her and she explained in details how they have been using donations to help the low-income families since COVID-19 started.
Donations are voluntary, if you’d like to offer help in other ways, I am happy to know as well! On the other hand, if you can’t make it for my Zoom classes this time but would like to make a donation, you can also reach out to me. I will donate these two sessions fee to the Association. 💖🙌🏽
