鮨二七開業至今即將邁入第八個年頭,一直致力於推廣日本傳統江戶前壽司的技藝及文化給予熱愛壽司的朋友們。於今年1月,我們為台灣首次迎來具有東京米其林評鑑二星的壽司餐廳 “海味” 聯手合辦餐會。但是我們並沒有因此而停歇,將於2018年1月為您邀請到日本富山縣Tabelog評分第一名的壽司餐廳“鮨人”合辦餐會。
“壽司是生命裡不可或缺的東西” 是鮨人的座右銘! 這次木村師傅將為大家帶來富山縣美味食材.

餐費: NTD 11,000(含服務費)

Sushi 27 has been incessantly promoting the history and culture of Edomae sushi to every sushi lover since it opened. In January 2017, we were honored to have Chef Nakamura from Umi (Tokyo Michelin 2 stars) held a special collaboration with us. Keeping up our enthusiasm, we are excited and pleasure to collaborate with Chef Kimura from Sushijin (No. 1 of Tabelog in Toyama, Japan) in the upcoming January 2018.
“No Sushi No Life” established as the motto of Sushijin! We are looking forward to welcoming Chef Kimura brings us beautiful ingredients from Toyama, Japan.
