Gula Melaka secukup rasa
SEMUA BAHAN DI ATAS DI KISAR
2 sudu.b Jintan manis
2 sudu b Jintan putih
2 sudu ketumbar
BAHAN ini disangai dulu Kemudian DIKISAR bersama bahan di atas
Perap daging yg dipotong besar dgn bahan tadi.. Biar sekejap
Tumis rempah 4 beradik, buah pelaga bunga lawang cengkeh kilit kayu manis
Masukkan daging gaul rata rata.
Masukkan santan.. Gaul Dan masak dgn api perlahan
Kalau mahu boleh tambah asam jawa sedikit dan daun kunyit. yg diracik. Juga 1 sudu rempah kari.

2 OR 3 big onions
5 garlic
4 pieces of hard fruits
Melaka sugar tastes like it
All the ingredients above are grind
2 Spoons. B sweet cumin
2 spoon b white cumin
2 Spoon of cilantro
This material is diced first then ground with the material above
Marinated meat that was cut big with the ingredients just now.. Let it be for a while
Stir-Fry 4 siblings, cardamom flower lawang cloves kilit cinnamon
Put in the flat gaul meat.
Put in coconut milk.. Gaul and cook with slow fire
If you want you can add some java asam and turmeric leaves. The one who is biosynthesized. Also 1 Spoon of curry spice.
