位在台北一級戰區延吉街「TAKEOUT CURRY SHOP」主打濃郁的香料日式咖哩,一進門咖哩香氣撲鼻十分迷人😋
TAKEOUT主要販售兩款咖哩,「牛肋咖哩」辛香料味道較重搭配孜然混合丁香、蔬果熬煮,吃起來帶點微微的苦韻與辣度還有蔬果的甜味,「奶油雞肉」以小茴香及奶油為基底,搭配蕃茄調味,讓整體吃起來清爽帶有酸酸甜甜的味道,一旁會搭配玉米筍、蔥絲、辣椒絲、蒔蘿草,還有Q彈的越光米,份量十足,單點的牛肉漢堡排肉質鮮嫩多汁且厚實,很適合搭配香料牛肋咖哩一起食用

今天這篇，算是寫給有緣人。⁣

之前做過線上統計，大家評比外帶跟內用落差最小的料理，咖喱是其中一個高分排行。⁣
⁣
而台北的咖喱選擇，在同溫層裡不外乎那幾家：大阪香料咖喱、通庵、雷咖喱。⁣
⁣
亦或是遠一點的磨子，以及略為稀有的昭和咖喱。⁣
⁣
今天要說的，不是以上任何一家。⁣
⁣
而是我很喜歡的，條通裡的一間低調日式洋食。即便到了各式私廚爆紅的2020，這裡還是安安靜靜的只做熟客生意，然後還不開放拍照。⁣

近期一問之下，竟然中午跟晚上都開賣咖喱了，大喜之下馬上前往。⁣
⁣
目前推出四種口味，均一價$200，今日試的是豬絞肉鷹嘴豆以及番茄鯖魚咖喱。⁣
⁣
從包裝就非常典型的日本，盒裝秀氣，小菜雅緻；青綠的秋葵與淡黃的玉米筍相映成趣。鵪鶉蛋、馬鈴薯與自制的醬菜（醬菜後來成了最關鍵的亮點，甜鹹合宜，充滿畫龍點睛、點綴轉折與加分效果）以及吃起來舒心的米飯。⁣
⁣
咖喱的味道不強烈，也不是複雜華麗辛香料的路線，就是溫暖而美好。番茄鯖魚跟你想的一樣，就是那個配稀飯常見的罐頭，沒想過能跟咖喱搭配使用，意外的我很喜歡。⁣

期待哪天，最愛的漢堡排跟冷麵也能提供外帶啊。⁣
⁣
下次再來試試炸雞，炸腰內肉及可樂餅的部分吧。⁣
⁣
