定宇分享這篇來自Nikkei Asia今天的報導和想法，這篇報導討論的是日本如何協助美國盯住中國潛艦，雖然談的是美日聯盟，但是內文提到的幾乎都跟台灣有關。特別是美國國防部長奧斯丁發表已經執行中的「整合嚇阻」，是否包括台灣軍方，值得推敲。

首先，報導提到美日領袖討論如何合作維持台海和平穩定，也論及自1969年以來，美日首腦首次聯合聲明提到台灣的重要性。

內容根據專家的說法，有三個重點：
1. 中國被淺灘包圍，不利潛艦運動，像日本和台灣可以讓潛艦直接進入深海，不易被監測。（附圖）

2. 中國潛艦從中國近海要駛往開闊海洋，必須通過第一島鏈構成的瓶頸或海峽。這是容易被掌握、監控而不利中國潛艦的，這是日本可以對美軍相當有助益的地方。

3. 美國國防部長奧斯丁在上週五發表的「整合嚇阻」新概念，這將需要盟友夥伴間更緊密的合作，以利因應與過去完全不同的「未來戰爭」，而這樣的新概念已經是在執行中。

On Friday, U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin floated a new concept of “integrated deterrence.” It calls for allies to work “hand in hand” to prepare for a future war, which will look nothing like the “old wars” that Austin said he himself has executed over the past two decades.

“When you look at China’s submarine bases, every single one of them has a fair bit of shallow water that their submarines have to transit through in order to get to deep water,” Tom Shugart, a former U.S. Navy submariner.

A quick look at Google Earth shows that China’s coast is surrounded by light blue — which reflects shallow seas — in contrast to the dark blue deep waters that immediately drop off from the east coasts of Taiwan and Japan.

“For them to move from China’s near seas to the open ocean, they’re going to have to transit through different chokepoints and straits in the island chains,” said Shugart, also an adjunct senior fellow at the Center for a New American Security think tank. “That will provide opportunities for an adversary — the U.S. and our allies’ submarine forces — to monitor more closely and try to intercept them if we were involved in a conflict, or in the run-up to a conflict.”

將Beatles的音樂轉大聲至充滿車內的空間，才想起來我跟Z好像沒有一起聽過Beatles。播到yellow submarine時我問Z「為什麼會寫出黃色淺水艇？」，播到strawberry fields forever時我問Z「為什麼草莓園會是永遠？」

Z 在後座，拿著手機查詢著答案，然後唸給我聽，那天剛好找到的是馬世芳前去藍儂故居旅行，聽著Z唸著他的見聞，那篇文章將對Beatles的喜愛並驅動到實地找尋線索，一切勾勒的太生動，我好像也回到少年藍儂的時代去。

我們由台南出發，老實說是因為工作關係，我提議就將旅程延長成一週吧，去一些沒去過的地方，例如環到台東再回台北之類熱血行程！後來Z說去墾丁吧，去找一樣有孩子的網友J玩，過沒幾天又提去東勢吧，去芝羚家住一晚吧！!聽著這些「被規劃」的行程都跟孩子有關，這也跟過往旅行安安靜靜不打擾人的方式變化很大。

我們擁有小孩子之後對於生活與工作上選擇產生了變化，從一開始的被動甚至有著強烈的捨棄之感(如需要捨棄了工作，或者工作捨棄了我們？)到現在可以知道，我們就是喜歡孩子，更想做跟孩子有關的事情；孩子自己帶，時間很少也只能做能負擔的事。這件事明確之後，我們的心也就變得輕鬆自在多了！也更確立其實創作就是將個人的獨特性書寫或拍攝出來。

在長達七天的旅程後的返程的車上，我跟Z因為Bettles的歌曲產生了小小的對話，我將感受到化成關鍵字寫在筆記本上，而旅程中看到很多畫面甚至只是顏色或色塊，都很零碎，我會用手機拍下來，整理起來放在這裏，變成記憶。

Z唸著唸著在快速道路上睡著，腳打伸直到駕駛座的右方鬆鬆的放著，而小實也在安全座椅裡沈沈的睡著，我從來沒有這麼喜歡過開車，但車上載著這兩位我愛的女子，我就可以愛開車！

忽然！我也幻想哪天小實對Beatles非常喜愛，我再次「被安排」前往藍儂故居旅行，那一刻，我盯著眼前道路流速極快分隔白線安靜地笑著。
