✅ เวลาอาบแดดจะใช้เป็น Tanning Oil ที่มี spf ต่ำหน่อยและทา sun screen บางจุดที่บอบบาง เช่น หน้าผาก จมูก หัวไหล่ เนินอกค่ะ หน้าดาวฝ้าขึ้นง่ายเลยเอาผ้าปิดหน้าไม่ให้โดนแสงแดดโดยตรงค่ะ⠀
✅ เวลาที่เฮลตี้สำหรับการอาบแดดคือตอนเช้าถึงสัก 10 โมง และหลัง 4 pm แต่ส่วนใหญ่ดาวชอบว่ายน้ำตอนร้อนๆ บ่ายๆก็เลยแทนไปด้วยค่ะ ⠀
✅ทำยังไงถึงอาบแดดผิวสีสวยทั่วตัว? นอนหงาย 15นาที แล้วก็คว่ำ 15 นาที สลับไปเรื่อยๆ ⠀
✅ เลือกบิกินี่ถอดสายได้ง่าย จะได้ไม่เป็นรอยค่ะ ส่วนกางเกงก็แล้วแต่ว่าอยากให้แทนแบบไหนค่ะ⠀
✅ ควรพกน้ำขวดใหญ่ไปด้วยเวลาอาบแดด จะได้จิบไปเรื่อยๆ เพราะเหงื่ออกเยอะสูญเสียน้ำ⠀
✅ ใครที่อาบแดดครั้งแรกวันแรกอย่าอาบแดดหักโหมค่ะ เพราะจะไหม้ ค่อยๆเป็นค่อยๆไปจะดีกว่า แทนสวยกว่าด้วย⠀
✅อาบแดดเสร็จแล้ว ต้องทา after sun ด้วยค่ะจะได้แทนนานๆ⠀

Tapi yang tak suka berjemur and takut kulit gelap tu no comment 🤣 tips nak berjemur , 15 minutes depan , 15 minit belakang. Jemur 1 jam. Seminggu boleh buat 1 kali. Baru kulit jadi sawa matang.
