cách chọn 1 trung tâm dạy Ai Eo, Tô Ích tốt?

cách dì chọn gv cho mấy đứa trong họ hàng dì đi học :))

- Bằng cấp (điều kiện cần) thì giờ tùm lum hết r ko biết đường lần nên chỉ còn có nước đi học demo để xem xét (điều kiện đủ), xách theo 1 đứa bạn giỏi tiếng Anh (đã từng thi và có điểm tốt) hoặc đến từ trường sư phạm Anh (nếu ko có đứa bạn nào vậy thì để dì chỉ cách v :)) )

Khi vào học:

Xem giáo viên dạy có tâm, nhiệt tình không, có tạo hứng khởi khuấy động học viên ko ( not kiểu Hôm nay/ tôi bắt đầu/ cuộc sống mới/) mà là việc điều chỉnh hợp lý giữa thời gian Teacher talk và Student talk (VD dạy speaking ielts thì Student talk phải nhiều hơn Teacher talk- dạy speak mà toàn gv nói đầu đến cuối buổi, kể chuyện tâm sự trăng rằm nghe đã lỗ nhĩ nhưng ko học được gì thì thuaaaa á)
dạy read và write- 2 kỹ năng vốn chán và buồn ngủ kinh khủng, vô lớp gv ko nói năng gì, thả cho hs làm gì thì làm cuối buổi sửa bài thì bye.Gv tốt sẽ cân bằng thời gian nói của hs và mình bằng nhau, và đan xen nhau. (cực kỳ mệt và đòi hỏi tâm huyết cao dữ lắm)

Tiếp theo là xem suốt buổi học gv có dính với Teaching Methodology (giáo học pháp) hay không. Hmm nghe sợ ha, nhưng đó là việc gv có đầy đủ các phần giảng dạy:

dì ví dụ dạy Reading IELTS ban 5.0 đi:
Pre teaching: cho hoạt động lớp nho nhỏ nhằm giới thiệu, giải đáp thắc mắc về topic, từ vựng mới có trong bài đọc. Giới thiệu qua các câu hỏi bài đọc...
While teaching: cho đọc và hướng dẫn skimming, scanning, cách trả lời true false not given, mớm thêm collation, word family để nới rộng vocab của học viên etc,...
Post teaching: phần này thường bị bỏ nếu gặp gv lôm côm vì thấy mệt lon, rất quan trọng vì đó là việc hs và gv tương tác summary lại toàn bộ bài học, những điểm cần lưu ý, đóng chặt kiến thức trong đầu hs để ra khỏi lớp và về đến nhà các cháu vẫn thấy nhớ hôm nay học gì.

Ok khi 1 gv đáp ứng yêu cầu của dì khi dự thính demo + cam kết không đổi giáo viên trên biên lai thu tiền
thì dì sẵn sàng vung tiền cho các bé nhà dì đi học. :))

đó là kinh nghiệm chọn gv của dì, nếu ai có ý mới thì chia sẻ để mn không bị phai tàn khi ra ngoài học TA trung tâm nhé.

One of the question was, How kuya Macky respond to other peoples insult of being a gay? He said that he'd never experienced insult for being gay in Singapore, but what he'd mostly experience descrimination was for being a Filipino.

He refreshed the newly revised mechanics on how to be the TopMackyAgents thereafter all the Ultimate Macky Agents should compete to be able to win 5,000php at the end. He announced another game, the #Mackypispis

He announced the 5 winners of MackySummary, 10 winners of Macky Quotes and 5 winners of Macky Interpretation. Then performed a roll call to all 30 winners to avoid forfeiting their prize.

And before he finished the live, he told everyone to continue messaging their ratings for the feedback all over the live then later on he will be replying to the chosen winners for their ratings.
