I am very excited to share with you all something that my team and I had the time of our lives doing these past couple months. This beautiful building is 165SF and inside there are Four Unique Culinary Experiences with a French Flair created by Chef Claude Le Tohic, Thanks to him and GM Olivier du Roaby, we had the unique oppurtunity to go behind the scenes to hear their story and witness the incredible teamwork they have in a kitchen that serves and feeds all six floors of ONE65SF. Did I mention that this is in downtown SAN FRANCISCO!!!! AMAZING!!!
