Starting @PanasMeal has changed my life in many aspect. Before this I was used to doing everything alone - coaching, contents, gym. Now, we are a solid team of 8 with about 20 helpers in the kitchen. Sounds fun right? Nope! It’s hard af, even worse, trying to grow a business during covid is tough, many limitations, but we work with what we can, it kicked my ass, it broke me many times, it challenging daily, it’s not easy, but that’s the journey my team & I chose to commit
And so we focus, through the doubts, and kept doing what we believe, then we checked the numbers, we have sold over 10,000 packs in just 58 Days of Business 🥲
That’s a milestone for us, so THANK YOU - for giving us the chance, without your support, we are Nothing

Some people may suggest Rowing under the table/chair to train their Back, unfortunately, I can't share this advice because I f***ed up before by almost flipping my table, not so safe. Another option you can train your muscle is resistance bands, they are light and easy to carry but heavy for the muscles! Once again, this video is for those who have completely no equipment at all to get started at home. Are these exercises still useful? For beginners, yes! Speaking about Muscle Hypertrophy, imo it is still better to train with Dumbbells and Barbells (soon I will be posting a series of follow-along dumbbell workouts so please subscribe).
