【疾病知多D】散瘀攻略
〈碌熱雞蛋碌唔碌得走瘀血?〉
撞傷後,患處往往可能會出現一片瘀血,一般稱為挫傷(Contusion)。
那這片瘀血到底從何而來呢?
許慎在《說文解字》裡說:
瘀,積血也。从疒於聲。
張舜徽在《說文解字約注》裡補充說:
瘀之言鬱也,謂鬱聚一處,久而不散也。血之在身,流行無滯,偶因外損內傷,以致血行失度,隨受傷之處停積不散,皆成瘀血。
對,「外損內傷」往往可能會撞破皮下血管導致血液流出血管形成皮下出血,便可能會導致「血行失度」並「隨受傷之處停積不散」,從而可能會形成瘀血。
不過大多隨著血紅蛋白(Hemoglobin)(俗稱「血紅素」)逐漸被分解成為膽綠素(Biliverdin)、膽紅素(Bilirubin),瘀血便會從紅色變成綠色、黃色,最後便會慢慢消褪。
所以時間是其中一種活血化瘀藥。
不過人們同時可能會碌熱雞蛋「碌」走瘀血。
對,碌「熱」雞蛋能夠促進血液循環,有助散瘀,這點無錯。不過重點是「熱」而不是「雞蛋」。
這就是說,理論上,不論是碌什麼,同樣有助散瘀,不過一般不宜用力「捽」走瘀血,避免「捽」破皮下血管而加劇皮下出血,從而避免愈「捽」愈瘀。
不過熱敷同時可能會增加患處的血流量,誘發腫脹。所以一般還是建議「先冷敷,後熱敷」,首先用低溫收縮血管,減慢患處的血液循環,減少患處的血流量,減少腫脹,然後才用熱力散瘀。
除此之外,一些蛋白酶(Protease),例如Bromelain、Papain或許能夠促進散瘀。[1][2][3]

好多朋友在IG上問我深蹲同跳高的相關問題,發現好多朋友做深蹲都有遇到瓶頸位,能夠做很多深蹲但跳高能力都停滯不前。如果大家對體適能有一定的認識,大家應該知道如果我們想運動動作得到進步和提升運動表現,我們身邊必須能夠產生更多的動力。力量=動力x速度,很多時候我們會花很多時間在動力上而怱略了增強速度的重要性。
今次為大家介紹一系列的深蹲動作訓練和一個十三星期的訓練目標,希望大家能夠增強跳高能力和爆發力。如果大家對這個題目有任何問題,可以在我youtube或IG留言給我,我會盡力解答。
A lot of our friends in the instagram world have asked us about squatting and its correlation to vertical jumping. For most of us who have worked out for a while we know that being able to produce force is a must when improving any athletic movement. But being strong is only one part of the equation. Remember Power= Force x Velocity and too often we only look at one part of the equation. Speed of execution is also critical when it comes to developing power.
Today we will being talking about different squat variations that will take your vertical jump and explosiveness to the next level. We have even provided a periodized approach into how to use these squat over a 13 week period.
