Remember we had lobsters last week? We kept the lobster heads so Roland used them to make Lobster Porridge today. We don’t have chicken stock so we used chicken stock cube to give the porridge more flavour. Add some pepper, soy sauce and sesame oil before serving. Yum!!

I’ve gotten two COLORGRAM Thunderbolt Tint Lacquer in ’09 Soft Tok & 01 Romance Tok’. Soft Tok has a soft peachy coral shade that you can wear any time of the year, and Romance Tok is their new shade, a bright bold red shade that can easily lightens up the skin tone. Both of these lip tint is extremely lightweight yet pigmented and even has a glossy tint! 😍 Smudge-proof even if I am wearing a face mask 💋
COLORGRAM Multi Cube Palette in #03 Lovely Cube is also their new product. A versatile palette with lovely cool-toned pink matte & glitter eyeshadows, shading, and pink blush for everyday soft glam makeup.

UPDATES With Recipe!
Recipe of This Lup-Lup Dish.
Ingredients:
1) Long Bean
2) Carrots
3) Chillies Padi or Fresh Chillies (Optional if u wan Spicy)
4) Hard Tofu
5) Dried Prawns
6) Fresh Prawns
7) Roast Pork or Any Meat
8) Choy Po Preserved Turnip
9) Peanuts
10) Garlic (Lots of it)

Cut all into cube size & first pan-fry to brown the Tofu cubes & remove from wok.
Next, pan-fries the long beans + carrots lightly with oil & remove from wok.
Now, add more oil to fry the garlic with chopped dried shrimp till fragrant. Next, u add in Choy Po, follow by roasted pork, meat & Prawns.
Give it a good fry for Wok Hei & add in cooked Long Beans + Carrots. Add Peanuts & Chillies Padi last.

Season with Light Soya Sauce, Dark Soya Sauce, Sugar & last some Salt to taste.

The dish is savoury + salty with Dried Shrimp & Choy Po. U can skip the salt if dun like it too salty.

The trick to a good dish is lots of frying in high heat for Wok Hei especially when we pan fry the ingredients separately.
