#HonestReview • That day I was like how come my skin looks smoother now. And then I only remembered I did OPT Laser Skin Rejuvenation Treatment at oneutama.beautyandco few days before!

So Beauty & Co invited me to try their treatments in their 1u branch. My first visit was a body treatment called RF treatment that helps to:-
1. enhance collagen strength
2. breakdown fat deposits
3. reshape body
4. reduce stretch mark

It was a quick 30 minutes of rubbing the fat area (i.e my tummy) with their device from a machine and I must say that the experience is fun cause I’ve been chatting with the beautician the entire time and it doesn’t feel like 30 minutes at all 😆 The device feels a little bit hot but that’s because it’s burning my fats. And I can see a slight difference in my waist line right after 1 treatment!

And then I paid my second visit to try out their facial. This time they let me try their OPT laser treatment which helps to:-
1. soften dead skin
2. brighten, plump and hydrate skin
3. soothing
4. boosting radiance

My focus was on my acne scars and some pigmentation. We forgot to take the before and after comparison photo 😫 But the next few days I did noticed my skin looks brighter in overall 😳

I enjoyed their facial service especially the mask because it’s so soothing that I actually fell asleep 😜 And because of the mask, my skin doesn’t look red from the extraction and laser!

🔴MY REVIEW: I really enjoy this product and brand. I had a noticeable difference in redness after just one use. Sometimes I will put a few drops of an anti-aging essential oil blend with either avocado or rosehip oil and it works great. It rinsed off easily and didn’t cause any irritation to my extremely dry sensitive skin. My skin feels smoother, brighter and it seems like my pores are clearer. Highly recommend.

🔴MY REVIEW: I have been using this product for more than 2 weeks now and absolutely love it. I use 1 pump of this product and spread it all over my face to include across my eye lids and lashes. Then I rinse with warm water and towel dry. It removes every bit of makeup without exception and I don’t even need a toner or follow up. Well, I have extremely dry sensitive skin, even some luxury brands like “Chxxxl” makes my face red sometimes. So I’m really careful when picking makeup removers as some of them can make my eyes burn. Well, I don’t want to wash multiple times to remove the makeup. This gets most of the makeup in the first cleanse. This one is amazing. Overall, it really breaks up my makeup and sunscreen without disrupting my skin’s sensitivity. Definitely recommend.

🔴MY REVIEW: I love this eye balm so much with so many natural ingredients was a big plus for me. This balm is small enough to carry with me in my purse, it also spreads well so I do not have to use a lot at one time. It does not leave my fingers feeling greasy like other balms and it smells amazing. It absorbs quickly so I don’t have a long wait to apply my moisturizer or makeup. Well, I’ve actually been using this twice a day all over my face and neck, not just under my eyes. 🔴MY REVIEW: I’m in love with this global body serum. The scent is amazing. It’s the right thickness and consistency that leaves a nice layer on the skin. It's now August, it's been eight months, it will be the end of the year soon…
At least we've all finally gotten used to #StayAtHome
The number of cases are slowly coming down but it's much too early to ease up

Mrs Chan in the last year really hasn't been out much
And that's one less thing for Mr Chan to worry about

We always bring the big camera for our checkups because we want to to film the entire journey of the pregnancy
This was something we did when Mrs Chan was pregnant with Damon, and of course we wouldn't miss the opportunity to do the same for his younger brother

We reckon 90% of our vlogs have been filmed on our sofa
It's a very comfy sofa, but even we are getting fed up of being stuck on that very comfy sofa
So even though it's actually quite a lot of hassle to film outdoors, and also more stuff to clean after we go home… Basically just a lot of hassle… we thought it would be fun to film outdoors even though there was the horrible third wave

As you can see, the whole city is dead quiet
Like Mrs Chan said, it's quite sad to see what used to be such a vibrant place come to a complete standstill
But the positive side is with fewer people on the streets, we can all slowdown and eventually stop the spread of this despicable virus

Work has been extremely irregular
But with managed to constantly think of new content to film
And we've also teamed up with a couple of friends to do some interesting stuff
Once the epidemic is completely under control there'll be a lot of stuff waiting for us to do!
In the meantime, stay at home if you can, stay clean if you can't

Quick Booty and Abs Workout | Linora Low

Love starting the morning with good company while sweating it out. Today it was a Quick Booty and Ab session with my girl Tyen.

To follow the workout this is what we did. We only did 2 sets but feel free to go as many sets you like to enhance the workout.

Tyen - Booty Moves 1
- Side steps 10 reps to the right / 10 reps to the left
- Sumo squat pulses 15 reps
- Squat Jacks 10 reps

- Squat 12/side
- Curtsy Lunge 12/ side
- Frog Pulses 20
